Two years ago, when we were looking for an alternative to our outdated telecom solutions, Flip Connect responded without hesitation, took the time to understand our requirements, and ultimately provided us with the perfect solution, creating significant financial savings along the way. And since that implementation, their support has been and is incomparable, with immediate response and a commitment to resolve any issue in the fastest possible timeframe. Not that we have really have had any issues. They truly are our telecoms 'partner' in every sense of the word.

We have recently used Flip Connect to install a new phone system in our new office and have been very happy with the service received. It was an easy process from quoting to installation and anything we have needed help with since the system has been installed has been dealt with promptly and professionally.

We recently swapped over our phone system, and the team at Flip Connect very patiently then helped us to get the system set up exactly as we needed it. They answered every request quickly and always gave us options of how best we could use the system, and then worked with us to get the solutions we needed created. We have been a customer of Flip for a number of years and have always found them to be attentive to our needs. Last time we had an issue that couldn't be fixed remotely they had an engineer on site with a couple of hours. If ever we have a problem with the configuration of our phone system they sort it.

Had to go back and forth a couple of times to achieve what we requested but this was ok. Happy with service!

Flip are always good at supporting us with our contract and any additional requirements that we have. We have been a customer of theirs for years and wouldn't look anywhere else.

Overall the upgrade of the new phones went really well. I still have a small issue with my handset that need resolving.

There was no hard sell with Flip and that is one of the reasons behind our decision to take up their offer. They spent time getting to understand how we work and our telephony needs. What they gave us does the job - and if it goes wrong (very rarely) they are there to fix it immediately. The friendly team regularly review what we are doing and their advice has been not to spend any more on systems we don't need. On top of this they were cheaper than our previous supplier. Being able to trust a supplier is very important to our organisation and in this case we definitely do..
