I needed new phones installing - the service was quick, efficient and friendly. I would recommend all companies moving to this independent supplier if you are looking for bespoke and trustworthy service.

Proactive and efficient service. Nothing was too hard to resolve and the company delivered beyond expectations.

We have used Flip Connect for all our telephone requirements for a number of years now and have always found them extremely helpful and proactive in dealing with any problems that might arise. When Covid 19 happened they excelled themselves by quickly and efficiently setting us up on the 3CX system, which enabled our staff to seamlessly change to working from home. We don't usually leave reviews but in this case are more than happy to and would highly recommend Flip Connect.

We recently changed two offices over to Flip and have found the service to be excellent with response times and assistance above expectation. The 3CX system they've installed has really enabled our business throughout the pandemic and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending their services.

Lovely company to work with. We've had some kind of Flip product for several years now, starting with a traditional phone system and now a VOIP system. They're always friendly, knowledgeable, and when problems arise they are quick to help. Thoroughly recommended.

I have been using Flip for a few years and needed to upgrade our IP phones and platform to streamline our remote working - After discussing our requirements Flip suggested a 3CX platform which has proven to be a fantastic upgrade with far more user control, great handsets, app and desktop inter- phase too. As we have come to expect we received a fantastic speedy service our complete change over took a couple of hours to set up and we lost no downtime at all through the migration - top performance yet again well done Flip.....

Great communication which is key. Swift responses and they accommodate to what the site requires. They provided the team with the training and I am happy to see that the team have not reported any issues and were able to easily set the new phones and train the team with no disruption to business. :)

Excellent company to deal with. We have recently moved to Flipconnect as a provider and it has been an absolute pleasure. Everyoner we have dealt with from the sales through to impolementation and support have been responsive and helpful and our new phone system usinf 3CX is fantastic. They transitioned us away from our antiquated phone system in under a week which is quite something especially during lockdown. Highly recommend them if you are looking to work with a new phone company!

As a busy manufacturing business we get a lot of suppliers through our door so we don't usually have the time to write reviews, however, we were so impressed by Flip Connect and their support engineer Rhys, we believe they deserve a mention and some praise. Rhys got on with the physical install during the day quietly with minimal disruption to our office. He was helpful, professional and had an answer for all questions put to him during the training, no matter how obscure. Hats off to him, he really knew his product and the system in and out. BT installed our previous phone system which was almost identical in spec, however, the difference in expertise and customer service were worlds apart. A great company with efficient, professional staff, thanks go to Flip Connect and Rhys for a job well done.
