There was no hard sell with Flip and that is one of the reasons behind our decision to take up their offer. They spent time getting to understand how we work and our telephony needs. What they gave us does the job - and if it goes wrong (very rarely) they are there to fix it immediately. The friendly team regularly review what we are doing and their advice has been not to spend any more on systems we don't need. On top of this they were cheaper than our previous supplier.
