We stayed at Out of the Blue and thoroughly enjoyed it. The home was beautiful and very spacious, and half a block from the beach. The home was clean and I was most impressed by the presentation of the bedding and bath towels. I felt very comfortable with the sanitation of both. We experienced some minor maintenance issues, but a call to Five Star management and they were resolved in a timely manner. In fact the management team at Five Star were so friendly and accommodating, They’ll be my “go to” for all our future visits. The only recommendation I have is making the doors to the pool more child proof, which would’ve made me sleep easier. Hope this property is available to us for future visits. Thank you

11 ladies in one house with plenty of gathering space, bedrooms and baths. The house was well equipped for what we needed. The outside deck overlooking the gulf was the best! We will return!
Beautiful home near the beach. Beach access was easy, pools were just ok. Could benefit from having some visitor info available for new renters. We struggled greatly with trying to find transportation or food. If you are renting a car, this will be a perfect spot for you. A few little issues that reported for repair, otherwise the house is gorgeous and super comfortable.
Very accommodating we were actually using credit from 2020 because of COVid. Five star was very helpful in finding us a comparable property. App was easy to use as far as keyless entry etc. A rep called to check and make sure everything was in order and they were very helpful when questions were ask. The property we stayed in was amazing😊
The home itself was absolutely beautiful and it was very clean. I would ask that they give out more trash bags and the neighbors directly behind the property needs to clean up their home, fix their fence, and keep their cat inside. We couldn't even take pictures because that view is horrible.
Our stay at Dolphin Cave - Five Star Properties/Bliss Beach Rentals located at Isle Destin Florida was an excellent break from the pandemic. We (a family of four) enjoyed our stay at a beautiful townhouse with the beach as our back yard and an amazing unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico. The townhouse was in a quiet and serene community. Bedrooms were large and comfortable; all with private bathrooms and large TV’s. The three-story townhouse was equipped with everything that you could imagine. I had to call the property managers a couple times and every time they were accommodating, professional and polite, addressing all my inquires in a timely manner. My inquiries were as follows: • KABA door lock instructions were not provided the night before. • Wi-Fi password not provided on the day of check in. • Saw a couple of roaches ☹ However, we had an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING time. It was so nice to enjoy the white sand beach of Destin FL and to stay in such a comfortable place. Pleasant memories were made 😊.

If I could give this rating a negative 5 stars I would! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Scammers will steal your money and never deliver on what they promise from quality to accommodations to follow up. It’s been a pure of a nightmare during the most stressful time for any family to spend the kind of money that we did and to not get what we paid for. I will never ever recommend or use this service ever again. They rented us a new property that was gorgeous but NOT ready to be rented yet. It had bugs, claimed to have a game room and so not and the pool did not work for 6 out of 7days.!!!!!!!! We traveled by car 20 hours for this!!! And paid all our money for this!!!!! I was sooooo posed and our kids unfortunately felt it the most. No accommodations for the inconvenience except for a credit that only covered the cost of pool heat! I am fuming! I paid money for a service for an experience it was a contract agreed upon that I would pay a certain amount t of money for a certain product or experience. They did not hold up their end of the bargain. Never in my life would I pay that much money for a house with House with no access to a pool!!! With kids who have been unfortunately home schooled all year due to Covid and away from friends and driving 20 hours. I was told they would credit my account an additional amount and no one followed up with me for a month I called and everyone gave me the tuna round lying and saying they would call me back. I need to contact the owner and BBB as this was the worst most illegal bull I have experienced in my life I think the middle of a pandemic. Horrible way to treat people. I never got a call back from their leadership team. I called several times and was patient and clearly I should have know. I was getting the runaround. Never stay here as they will lie about their propers and steal your money. Please contact me immediately I still have not gotten this resolved!!!!
We had several issues with the stay. Beds are not good I’m fact the guest house are awful, wear and tear on the rental is very obvious (lots of peeling paint,broken cabinets) TVs not working, fans, lights (in different areas not working), several things missed on the clean, remotes not working, shower temperature jumping from hot to cold, key codes not working at access gate, grill needs to be cleaned completely, trash not hauled off from previous stay (it stunk and was by the side door). On a positive note this could be an awesome place. The location is great and somewhat secluded more than most. It felt very private. Be sure and read the hot tub cannot be heated without paying extra money to heat the pool and hot tub.
A wonderful vacation right on the beach. The deck, pool and hot tub were an added enjoyment for all.Although, the home was more than accommodating for my family it needed some TLC. Parts of the exterior were hanging (dangerous), a bar chair, we never used because it was ready to fall apart. The carriage house smelled of smoke but after a phone call house keeping arrived and cleaned it again. Overall it was a fantastic vacation.

WARNING... WARNING... WARNING... DO NOT EVER RENT FROM THIS AGENCY!!! The following is a letter sent to Bliss Beach Rental/Five Star Gulf Properties, regarding the concerns and problems which we encountered during our stay at The Watchtower, Rosemary Beach, April 18 -23, 2021 Upon entering the kitchen, we found a bowl sitting on a paper towel, filled totally with rust-colored water, and water still dripping through the recessed light fixture. 2. The ceiling in the kitchen has peeling paint where there apparently was another leak. 3. There was no Wi-fi nor television service 4. The left hand-rail leading upstairs to the carriage house was not secured properly, and is rotting. One guest almost fell down while holding on to it as she went up the stairs. 6. The home next door is being renovated and has a construction trash receptacle, but it is obvious that house-hold garbage is being placed in it and there is an definite odor from the outdoor lower area. (This was mentioned in one of my calls and I was told that they would contact the Rosemary Beach Home-owners association to address this issue. They never did. 7. The street in front of our house is filled with trucks, pipes, and other construction equipment and noise. I know this is beyond the control your control, but we would never Have rented this home knowing that this construction would be taking place. 8. When we were preparing for dinner, we found the dishes in the cabinet were dirty, glassware was cloudy and there was coffee left in the bottom of the mugs. (The next day, two of our guests, took time from their vacation, bought supplies and spent time cleaning the dishwasher) 9. Sink, on the left side of the vanity, in the master bathroom, does not drain properly. 10. Queen Bedroom Bathroom on second floor, not properly cleaned; plunger had been previously used and not cleaned, still had dried toilet paper attached to it. 11. Carriage House was not cleaned properly; blinds and curtains do not function properly. All of this occurred and was noted within the first few hours of our arrival. We immediately contacted the rental agency. Amenity Cards: Several of our group went to the pool. There was work being done on the entry gate, where we would have used the access code given to us. We were asked to present our “amenity” card. The Rosemary Beach security was called and came to the pool to ask questions of us. We explained that we were given a passcode to access the pools and the beach. We were then told that passcodes would no longer be accepted and that our rental company should have given us amenity cards upon our arrival. This was very embarrassing to me and my guests. We have never received amenity cards. I made three calls and sent two texts to the office regarding this situation and have never received a response. As the signer of the rental agreement, I have made over 22 phone calls and sent several texts to the rental company over four days of our five day stay. Although the staff was courteous when taking the the calls, there was never be any follow up on any of the situations, with the exception of a very nice person, Trey, coming the first afternoon to “repair” the leaking ceiling and the next day to “repair” the carriage house handrail. They did offer to have housekeeping come back, however my guests had already gone and purchased cleaning supplies to do this themselves. I called daily regarding the internet and television service. We never had either during our stay I was told that they would be in touch with MediaCom and let me know when to expect a service call from them. I never received a phone call from anyone. The amenity card situation was inexcusable and embarrassing. As stated before, I would never had rented this property had I been made aware of the construction taking place at the front door. As a rental agency, I assumed that it was your responsibility to insure that the property is maintained to the standards which it is portrayed on your website. There are a few other issues which have not been mentioned here, but feel it would be worthwhile for you to make a site visit to better inform the property owner. I.e., broken porch furniture, draperies pulled from rings, maintenance of the grounds. This rental home needs attention. I have been renting homes in the 30-A area for many, many years andI have never experienced a situation like this. I have spent inordinate of amount of time dealing with the issues at this property and trying to get them rectified and it totally took the pleasure out of my vacation.
Recently I had the privilege of staying at one of your properties. My family and I had a wonderful experience! Even when I had to call for a small matter that needed attention it was handled immediately. The only issue was not having full use of the pool due to a part that needed replacement for the pool to be heated. I would definitely use 5 star properties again!

The home was wonderful and clean however the customer support team was hard to get a hold of when we had questions or problems. I never received answers to my text messages to the text line but all in all it was a good time.
