Pushy sales technique 3 and a half hours! Multiple calls to so called manager whilst here regarding any discount. Prices kept changing. In the end had to be very firm and say thank you but no thank you. Don't deliver what they advertise when it comes to cost. Wish we'd never engaged with the company!
Although Charlie & Brett were running a bit late they both cracked on with it and finished in 6 hrs and both guys showed due care and attention to their work

The process from start to finish went smoothly. The 2 fitters were polite, hard working and very tidy. The demonstration of the newly fitted products were clear and concise.
From the start I was spoken to in a polite and friendly manner. Berfin was kind, friendly and professional and detailed who they were and the professional standards they maintain which is through the quality of their customer service and overall end product. Installers came in a prompt and friendly manner. Easily identifiable and maintained a high quality output. Very experienced it appeared. My family and I were very happy with the agreed windows and handles and were quick at their job and kept the home and their work area tidy. Highly recommended company and installers. Would definitely use them again for future home improvements. Thank you very much.
I entered into a contact with this company in January 2025 .The job still has not been completed. It is 30/5/2025 today . Mr Mark Burgess the installation manager even asked me to make the final payment before completion. He fobs me off with dates and then silence. Speaking to other staff members I get told that Mark will contact me and he never does. I am withholding the final payment but the company does not seem to be interested in completing the job and receiving the outstanding money [a substantial sum] I have never ever dealt with such a poor service provider in my life . My advice to anyone wishing to do business with this company is AVOID THEM FOR PEACE OF MIND. In response to this staff member's response to my recent review. You have no right to any judgement of the incident as you were not present. Unfortunately your response has been dismissive, belittling, and insulting. Instead of offering a fair and objective response, you seem to completely disregard my experience and instead offered a biased defense of the Regional Installation Manager’s actions. This response, in my opinion, lacks professionalism and fairness, particularly when it appears to take sides without any consideration of the full context of the incident. The Regional Installation Manager is very unlikely to admit any wrong doing, only saying his version of events! Your response undermined my experience and dismissed my complaints. To date, damage to my property caused by your installation team, I have not received any communication in an attempt to schedule repairs. I have escalated my complaints to the senior managent team and am awaiting a response.
Good workmanship, explained how everything works and ensured everything was cleaned before leaving. Mark, Chris and Brandon did a great job.
Window installation carried out by Robert Crick and Teddy Campbell. Lovely Guys and extremely helpful. Answered all queries and any questions we had, and they worked very well together. Very pleasant and jolly and on time. They did a very good job and the windows look fab. We now have the latest technology needed and my bungalow looks very smart. Well done boys X

I have just received a phone call from this company. Utter well rehearsed nonsense. After answering all his questions Put us in touch with a company who has 2.5 reviews. I refuse to go ahead any further. As I asked for my details not to be passed on to a 3rd party. He promptly hung up. Please be warned they are not to be trusted!
Minor damage to vertical blinds. Poorly fitted blinds. Window next to the kitchen door does not line up with existing work surface. The whole kitchen window/door unit was either badly measured or badly made. The fitters had to use packing and blanking strips to mask the gaps. Other company staff came to correct and refit bits and pieces. I am still waiting for someone to sort out the lounge blind.
We were very impressed with the quality of the roofline installation. Our installers, Jay and Edd worked extremely hard and were responsive to all our questions during installation.
