Very good quality windows and doors, All starts from the top. Adam was brilliant with communication and any problems where sorted promptly and efficiently no questions asked other than where we happy with everything, which we where. Sales Eve sold me on all of our windows and doors, was very friendly and took her time explaining everything thoroughly and in detail in what the product included and the quality they produce. Fitters Rob and Nick where brilliant we left them to do what they do best and did with precision, care and tidiness no faults whatsoever. Photography was by Jody, her before and after photos where incredible and really showed how good the windows and doors are. Would recommend to anyone as all the above was at a very reasonable price Top notch in my eyes

We had our windows and doors replaced by Josh and George,and can I just say how polite and considerate of our home while they were working here,all protected cleaned and tidied every day,had a pre phone call to bring the installation foward by a day.Brilliant. Every single consultation that was had with Graeme was top notch service. Went over and above board to help me out with a new front door (which has just also been installed) by father son duo Steve and Frankie. 2 absolute stellar workmen that have given me the door of my dreams. Looks even better than I thought it would. Super pleased with the entire experience and when it's time to replace the windows or have anymore installations done, I know who I'll be running to.

First Home Improvements turned up when they said they would to give us a quote, the price was fair for a composite door against other quotes so we went for it. Installation was booked, they arrived on the day, did a tidy installation and left things nice and neat. Always nervous about using a company for the first time but based on our experience a good job done and no hesitation in recommending them.

Windows and door installed without any issues, really pleased with the outcome. Jack & Luke (The installers) were excellent, very considerate, courteous and friendly. They also completed the work to a very high standard with any issues easily resolved. The only negative that I encountered was the very pushy sales team and a very random pricing structure. Ensure you do your research before committing.

Again another great job carried out by this company, this time to replace a couple of bedrooms windows. Neil and Stuart were very accommodating, as my husband is virtually bedbound, so just replaced one window at a time so I could get him to swap bedrooms in order for them to work on the second bedroom. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently, then they tidied up before they left

Installation completed by Mike Taylor - 128402. Mike was very polite and professional and tidied up after himself. His work was neat and tidy, from removing the old door to the smaller details like the silicone around the new door. I am very pleased with the work, it makes the house look complete and is a lot safer!!

I had all the soffits, fascia, guttering and down pipes replaced front, back and the extension. The workmen introduced themselves, Jason Small one and Michael Haddad. They were very polite and said what they were going to be doing. Scaffolding had been erect prior for them to do. So I was impressed by the companies adherences to Health and Safety. They worked neatly and removed all the waste. Showed me what they had done before they left. I happy with quality of the work and the product. Highly recommend First Home Improvement.

Crew turned up on time & immediately got to work. New windows were fitted & job all cleaned up in the day. No complains at all.
