The installation of my windows and front door was very professionally done by Kevin Kelsey under quite trying circumstances. He worked in torrential rain on his own as his colleague was off work following coming off his bike. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I intend to request him again when I have the money to complete the rest of the house. His work ethic is exemplary and I would have no qualms in referring the company and him to others.

The Agent Representive EVA from Huntingdon branch, was very polite and knowledgeable, she was very organised and understanding she was helpful in securing the correct financial plan for my family she kept a check that I was still okay to go ahead with insulation.she made my family comfortable with choosing this company we will trust EVA with any in the future plans for our home improvement on windows and doors and we will strongly advise and recommend FIRST HOME IMPROVEMENT.

Jade Downs was extremely efficient, polite, friendly and knowledgeable as he completed the work to adjust two windows, one that was catching on the latch and the other not fully sealing. He talked me through what he was doing on my request, he would be welcome back anytime. Only issue weve had in 6 years, very happy with our windows!!

I had a warranty service with Jade Downs today, he was amazing,friendly, quick and efficient and also kept us entertained the whole time. nice prompt service and it was easy to book which was a very nice extra, nowadays u only have weeks ahead dates and wait and wait but with Firsthome i got my day within a week, nice one!
They have been trying to call me for 4 years now for after service, even after I told them to remove my number as it was getting annoying, and I've blocked multiple numbers they have called from, I'll add a new quick review and skip the part about the sales person talking about his lack of sex with his wife. AVOID. They inflate the price 300%, then make out like they are offering you a special when it's down to the industry normal price. Sales guy wouldn't get the hint and leave our house. Yes, we did go with them once they matched another quote, but in hindsight was partly to get rid of him. Door was measured wrong and made too large, they then tried to widen the gap in the wall but it still wasn't going to work, so a new door was ordered and they had to bring in plasterer to fix the mess. If you didn't want a new review for this, then stop trying to call which reminds me how much I regretted using you. 03.06.2025 UPDATE. Door hinge plate broken in many pieces, and even though I am under warranty they would not replace this faulty broken part. Apparently ,it is "wear and tear". They said, if I didn't pay £180 for them to come and replace it, I would void my warranty. So I bought the part on eBay for £15. You are useless and so is your warranty.

Great experience with First Home Improvements - fitters were friendly, cleaned up well and happy to answer any questions. Really pleased with the finished result - we had 7 windows and one front door replaced, all completed to a high standard. Sales advisor gave helpful advice, including the type of opening to go for which we were really pleased with as rooms now feel lighter with less window frame in view. Would highly recommend.
