Jade arrived before the scheduled time, which was perfect for us, looked at the problem with the door, and set too immediately to fix it. Around 20 to 25 minutes it took for him to stop the door catching, and Jade also checked the french doors at the rear of the property, which were in excellent working order. Totally recommend this engineer, very thorough, professional and with a sense of humour, which was great to see. Thank you.

The process is very transparent, the service and fitting is quick and efficient, the product seems to be of a high quality, and the personnel are polite and helpful. Recommended.

Ty and Kyle installed our new conservatory windows and new roof. They were both very professional and very polite. They kept us updated on the process which they finished within 3 days. Me and my partner are very please with the work and the difference it has made to making the room now useable in the summer without it being extremely hot in there. Would highly recommend this company. We have used them twice now as we had our windows done with them a few months ago. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

The work was carried out to a high standard especially the kitchen which was tricky.

From start to finish, the service provided was excellent. Mike and Jaz were by far experienced in fitting the windows quickly and efficiently, cleaning up as they completed their work.

My windows were thirty years old and desperately needed replacing, My first contact, Andy came, listened to me and explained the "new" style windows, locking system, guarantee of 12 years and life time repair. He spoke to me not at me and I felt confident to sign on the dotted line. Customer service kept me informed from day 1, INSTALLATION DAY - Luke and Danny arrived on time, amazed when stairs, upstairs rooms were covered in dust cloths, made me laugh when they covered the outside hedge as well. First time ever this had happened with previous workmen! Once the windows were fitted, all rubbish was removed inside and out, they vacuumed upstairs rooms, stairs and brushed the outside porch and pathways. I didn't have to clean up after them. Luke then showed me the windows, he had fitted a trim around the windows, covering the silicone, it has made the windows look bigger and the finish makes a big difference. He took me round each window, explained the locking mechanism and asked me to open and close each window to make sure I was happy with them. I don't have anything negative to say, customer service from start to finish. has been excellent. I am so impressed, I will be in contact with them again for a new front door and patio doors. A well deserved five stars.

The whole process from sales, to survey, to installation, to follow up (and we have had a couple of minor issues where call back has been necessary) is excellent. Big thanks to fitters Richard and David and from a previous order to Darren and Paul? We have just placed our fourth order.

Once the quote had been given and a price negotiated next steps were outlined, we were kept informed of what was happening. Installation was on the day we had chosen, the installers were polite, tidy and just got on with the job until complete. Overall very satisfied.

Windows look nice, definitely noise reduction. Fri pm before Tues am fitting was postponed. All time off had to be redone, which was not easy, and annoying. Conservatories are too costly. Perhaps if the did their own base rather than subcontracting they could be more competitive

1 front door 1 bedroom window and a patio door onto the main bedroom balcony. This is the second time I have had windows and doors from first home improvements in 2 different house because the exceptional quality and service. As soon as the bedroom windows were fitted you could notice the difference in thesound level from the traffic. The window and door transformed the whole look and amount of light in the bedroom. I chose a similar front door that I had installed in my last property and it looks fantastic again it changes the apreance of the hall with more light and no gaps you could see through. The installer who done the job was very professional and efficient and completed the job to a very high standard and gave me some useful tips on maintaining the doors and windows. I can only say this was an excellent job and well worth the money. First home improvements are not the cheapest but the quality of the widows, doors and installations far outweigh the cost. I was also given a quote for my conservatory but unfortunately that was not a sensible price as it was basically changing windows and roof the base and wall would not need changing. The price was also based on being a repeat customer but unlike the window and doors far too high. As I was side tracked by the conservatory I completely forgot about a roller garage door which woukd of been nice to have within the quote. But as I said the actual windows doors and installation you can't fault and good value for the quality

I had a new composite door fitted 2 weeks ago by Jaz Power. Excellent work did a fantastic job, Had the service engineer Jade Downs come out to day to fix a small problem again excellent service with a smile.

If If I could give a 0 I would, absolutely terrible customer experience even as a returning customer. Gave me a quote, I did a finance agreement only for them to add £3000 extra to the quote forcing me to pay, we came to an agreement regarding the costs. A week later I get an email saying my contract has been cancelled without any reason or call. I called to understand reasons and explain about the impact on my credit score, only to be shut down and told there's nothing to be done. Terrible customer service and experience

Jade Downs the Service Engineer was friendly and knowledgeable, he resealed my front door, realigned my french doors and filled where necessary. l recommend First Home Improvements not only do they sell quality doors and windows the after service is first class.

The service we received from first home improvements has been brilliant from start to finish. Constant communication and updates, friendly and helpful staff and a really simple process to get our new front door in. Really happy with the work and the door looks great! Nothing is too much trouble and lots of financing options. Can't thank them enough!
