Love the clothes - majority fit the right way and if not I order another size and gift the wrong size to a friend. Love many of the clothes but some options aren’t available which is a downside but overall 8.5/10! My go-to place when I don’t have time for the mall.

I bought 2 pairs of Catalina gold, silver shoes last week, along with Gia clear shoes. They are all size 6. The Gia shoes fit perfectly but the Catalina pairs are at least made a size bigger than they supposed to. Even with inserts, I still cannot wear them. I wrote to customer services 3 times, providing so many photos which show the shoes are made too big and unwearable. All I asked for was a free shipping label to ship back and I am willing to take a store credit. However, the store insisted on making me pay for shipping to get the store credit. The shoes are very stylist, nice sturdy shoes and 5.5 inches tall. But what good do they do if my feet keep slipping down to the toe part, and expose 1 cm of heels part? Basically they are made 1 size bigger than supposed too, and the company do not see it as a problem. Customer services are very polite, but do not understand customers' concerns and do not know how to accept responsibility for not selling items as described.
The 5 star reviews have got to be fake, or written by customers that don’t care for quality! Their clothing line are overpriced cheap quality crap!! They also will not issue an actual refund just store credit so you’re stuck with buying from them regardless!! They have the worst customer service and need to be shut down!!

I would like to file a complaint regarding order #157158829. I placed this order on April 28, and the estimated delivery date was May 7. I needed the items for an event on May 16, but unfortunately, the order was only delivered on June 2, almost a full month late. Even before receiving the package, I was already trying to request a return because I had already missed the event. After I received it, I kept trying to contact you, including by email, but I didn’t receive any assistance. Now I’m being told the return window has expired because more than 30 days have passed. But how could I return the items within 30 days if I received them 30 days after the order was placed? I kindly ask you to reconsider my case and approve the return and refund of these items, as I was clearly affected by the delay on your end. Looking forward to your response.
