Fashion Nova Refused My Return After Their Delivery Delay
I would like to file a complaint regarding order #157158829. I placed this order on April 28, and the estimated delivery date was May 7. I needed the items for an event on May 16, but unfortunately, the order was only delivered on June 2, almost a full month late. Even before receiving the package, I was already trying to request a return because I had already missed the event. After I received it, I kept trying to contact you, including by email, but I didn’t receive any assistance. Now I’m being told the return window has expired because more than 30 days have passed. But how could I return the items within 30 days if I received them 30 days after the order was placed? I kindly ask you to reconsider my case and approve the return and refund of these items, as I was clearly affected by the delay on your end. Looking forward to your response.
