Their had prompt service. I originally got several bikinis and heels for myself but when I worn them I looked foolish. I decided to stay living as a man. Sexy stuff like this belongs on sexy women. I gave the bikinis to my girlfriend and they looked great on her. The fact alone of me looking foolish in a bikini convinced me to go back living as a man is enough for me to five them 5 Stars. The moral here if you don't look like a women use common sense and live as a man.

My phone did a auto fill and sent it to my previous address and I can’t get in contact with anybody fashion over then give me the option to change my address. I can’t reach out to anyone. It’s so annoying so I’m not gonna receive my package.

Terrible business model. You buy things, they don't fit or the quality is sub par - they won't refund you with anything other than store credit. Will never shop here again, too many alternatives online that understand the e commerce business model better.

My last couple of shipment has been late when I ordered the 24 hour shipment and it don’t come till a week later or a couple of days later and don’t get it resolved from it being late

I paid $30 for express delivery and have to wait just as long as with standard delivery! I recently spent my money on express delivery because I wanted it quickly. And now, after 10 days, it's still on the plane on its way to my country, even though it was supposed to be delivered 5 days ago. Fashion Nova doesn't want to take responsibility for this and says there are no refunds for express delivery. So I paid $22 for nothing, because regular delivery would have cost me $7-8. I've ordered from Fashion Nova so often and happily, but after this experience, I'm reconsidering whether I'll order from them again. I don't like waiting so long for my packages, but with express delivery, you get ripped off! Probably a sign not to order from them again.

I love the alerts on sale items. The prices are incredible. The quality is outstanding. Easier than shopping at the department store.

DELIVERY TIME I have a bad experience with a returning two faux leather trench, the items were buy 1 get 1 free total $60 plus delivery and tax, refund was never RECIEVED!!!
