I’ve been shopping with Fashion Nova for over a decade, but sadly, the service has gone downhill. Customer support is almost non-existent—you can’t get in touch with anyone when there's a problem. On top of that, they no longer refund to your original payment method. Instead, you're forced to accept a gift card, which feels unfair—especially when the return wasn’t your fault. These companies are cutting back on service but not steady raising high. I’m currently using up my final gift card, and after that, I won’t be returning. I used to love Fashion Nova, but it's just not the same anymore.

The shipping cost for exchange and returns doesn’t make sense, more money than the items at times. Not able to get my return refunded it’s not acceptable. I had to purchase things that I really didn’t need or like. I will never buy anything again.

Had trouble paying wouldn’t let me use my cash app to pay but let me use my Apple Pay which is linked or is my cash app card so I don’t understand why it did that

Ce site est une arnaque. Ne pas commander car, si la commande ne convient pas, le renvoi du colis est hors de prix. J'ai commandé trois robes pour un montant de 246 €. Je fais le nécessaire sur leur site pour le remboursement, on m'annonce 189 € de remboursement et ensuite, en allant à la poste, il me demande de payer 75 € supplémentaire pour le renvoi de mon colis. Dans l'histoire, je perds 114 €. C'est une réelle arnaque, ne commandez surtout pas sur ce site !!
