I’ve been shopping with Fashion Nova for over a decade, but sadly, the service has gone downhill. Customer support is almost non-existent—you can’t get in touch with anyone when there's a problem. On top of that, they no longer refund to your original payment method. Instead, you're forced to accept a gift card, which feels unfair—especially when the return wasn’t your fault. These companies are cutting back on service but not steady raising high. I’m currently using up my final gift card, and after that, I won’t be returning. I used to love Fashion Nova, but it's just not the same anymore.
