The quality of my merchandise was as it appear online. This was a gift so I was very happy to receive it and everything be Perfect!
Ordered a phone case, never delivered. Asked for a reshipment and guess what? Have not received it. They say it takes 24 hours to receive an email from them. Huh? Also was promised 2 day delivery for the second one and come to find out they send out via a third party company. So they lied about priority shipping. Asked for a refund and was told I needed to send the case back! How can I return something I never received? This company is GARBAGE. They lie and refuse to make anything right. RUN!
The products are garbage. I purchased several items. One shirt had the printing crooked and off center. A $90 sweatshirt had the logo peeled entirely off after being washed once. I’ll never buy anything else from Fanatics. It wasn’t one item, it was multiple.
We got a NBA jersey printed with the name and orders it XL Size, it was a gift for a special needs child. The worker I asked when ordering this told me the XL is the same size as my other NBA jersey. She was wrong. The jersey was literally XXL. they were only able to offer a discount on our next order and then proceeded to tell us we couldn’t. Get next day air for the jersey we need asap as a gift. Don’t recommend them for any sport items.

They gave me my money back 29.43 is not what I paid for Joey Logano 3x championship Car it's an model it was 54.00 so you guys lie to me. I will still get that model car for my boyfriend. I am done with you guys. I will go to the race tracks to get the Shirts, and cars too. If I don't get all my money on that model car. I know I pay 54.00 for sure. I am not going to be happy with you guys anymore
I liked the products we bought so far. But two things have proven to be a problem. I was trying to order an infant shirt with a Boston College theme, and did a seach, which produced about a half page of BC-related items. what I didn't notice is that a Boston University shirt popped up in the middle of the list and that's what I ordered. Now it's going to cost me $9.99 to return what I consider to be their error. Yes I should have noticed the color, I suppose, but I'm not a BC follower; I just ordered it because my son in law is a grad.

I have (3) grandsons who are Dodger Fans and are all born in March, I had so much fun shopping for them as part of their birthday gifts. They were quick and the clothes are good quality
I ordered from FANATICS, and PAID IN FULL by credit card, an AUTOGRAPHED framed photo of Jalen Hurts with the Vince Lombardi Trophy. It was ten days after the Super Bowl. Nothing said on the Fanatics website that there was limited availability! I WAITED THREE MONTHS and finally received the framed photo…but there is NO AUTOGRAPH! Fanatics customer service basically said oops, ran out, and offered me a 15% discount or return info which cost I would incur!!! REALLY? So a JALEN HURTS AUTOGRAPH IS ONLY WORTH $90.00? And THIS is how you treat customers? I plan on notifying my credit card company. This tactic was a bait and switch which is FRAUD!!! I paid over $500.00 but they are selling the substitute I received for $179.00! I Wont EVER purchase from these liars again. You shouldnt either!!! UPDATE: Had to fight to get a full refund. Finally received it. Still would never shop online at Fanatics ever again! Luckily was able to purchase the autographed photo from a more reputable company!
The shirt was too small and didn't meet description. The reason for the 1 star ( I would have given no stars) was the return policy. It was bought at a gift and they wouldn't exchange for a different option and would only give store credit. It was such a hassle that we ended up getting shirt somewhere else and will not buy from here again.
I never received my sweatpants. I called your company in November told them please resend it that way to the spring because I was leaving for Florida. I would not be back until the spring. I called in the spring to remind them they could send it to me now and they said no sorry too late is more than 45 days But they never mentioned that when I called them, they said no worries. We’ll send it to you when you call us in the spring, you’re not to be trusted.
