Great products

The products are fantastic but having ordered a bundle offer and also a 3 for £45 of the 5l products I have only received the bundle. The delivery driver has told me there are 2 packages but only one has turned up. Having seen the reply from EZ saying. One star is a little unfair, I would say, I totally understand damages take place and is not their fault, totally agree with you guys but what you haven’t replied to is the fact that I had to chase you up to ask what’s going on and to request my delivery is resent, let not forget the original order was almost 20 days ago not helpful when you need the product. As I have said the products are brilliant but postage / delivery is not great nor has it been in the past, sorry but true!

These guys are right up there,been in the valeting game 22 years now.ordered a few times and there products are spot on👌had an issue this time with a spilage,which was down to courier!the way it was handled in transit,i would of said and also dumped on door upside down...but after a quick chat,a new one was sent out and received within 3 days.now that's what I call service.keep up the great work,many thanks mark🙌

Excellent products at a decent price if you get them on deal, clarity 2.0 is by far the best glass cleaner I’ve come across, zero streaks!! Only disappointing thing is dispatch times, last few orders I’ve had with them have taken a good while to be dispatched! Worth the wait for the quality products though!

I made an order for the first time I would say 2 weeks ago now, and received my delivery within the dates specified. However a small adapter had been missed from the order (very easy mistake to make) I emailed customer service well after business hours the evening before last, and woke up this morning to the part being delivered. The customer service provided here has beaten any expectations and due to this coupled with the fact these products are one of the best on the market at very affordable prices I will definitely be returning my custom. Well done ez car care and Annmarie needs a raise

A little slow with delivery but it was straight after Christmas and for my wait there were extra products in the box all in all very happy.

Good prices and nice products so far. I ordered around Christmas and dispatch took a while however this was mentioned on the checkout page and was to be expected. There was a slight problem with my order being damaged when arrived but after calling this was sorted out straight away and they were very helpful so will definitely be ordering again!

Placed order for Huge starter package, delivery was made in a timely manner and information from customer services was fantastic. Would recommend and look forward to future purchases.

Super slow dispatch again. Ordered 20/12/23 received 08/01/24. I understand there may be delays due to Xmas but the order was placed 3 days before Xmas even really got started. Even the date of experience on this review request was preset to 02/01/24. I too was back to work after Xmas so now don’t have the time to use all that I ordered.

Delivery was fast. There was a product missing out of my order. I called and it was sent to be packed while on the phone. I received it the following Morning. Can not fault and look forward to using more of your products. Customer service lady was very polite and professional and was happy to help. Thanks guys 😁

Ordered before the Christmas holidays, so had to wait a while for delivery, but it was prompt once the order got processed. Haven't tried the products so far, so can't comment on them yet.

You say buy 5L of fusion and get 7 bottles of other products and a tin of wax and then don’t send it , absolute vilans will never buy again!!!

I may car was wa return back to me muddy and dirty, the driver had me the keys At Heathrow Airport, and disappeared quickly. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing, after my wife and i loaded up our luggage, ready to drive off. It was shocking, unbelievable. I’ve reported it to Ezybooking complaints department and they have done nothing not even a response, To try explain what happened or even rectify the situation, there’s been no apology no compensation or anything nothing. I would stay far from this company. They are very unprofessional. If you have no other choice other than to use them I would suggest, taking pictures of of the inside and outside of your car before you leaving it in their care. If there was the No star rating option available with trust pilot , I would have given a no star rating. I have pictures of my car but, unfortunately trust pilot does not offer that option to post pictures.

I was given a small jar of CZ Graphene wax from my detailer friend and did my car with it 3 months and its still beading well. With that I ordered the £49.99 offer which included this same wax and a multitude of their other products it was processed and delivered rapidly. The amount of products that came was unbelievable it will take ages to assess them all ,but wow. Cheers Dave

Placed order on 28th November for £49 of products. My payment has been sent but no invoice received on day of purchase. Absolute poor service from this company, not picking up my phone calls or emails. Don’t bother, I buy from another company who delivers better customer service.

Love EZ car care. Dont get me wrong, not every product is a banger but most are more than good and some are amazing, all for a great cost. I've only docked a star for deliveries. Dispatching orders takes a long time which wouldn't be so bad if they didn't use parcel force for heavier parcels who have no option to leave in a safe space or take it to a drop off shop without paying another fee. Basically unless you know your at home every minute of every day in the next 2-3 weeks plan on forking out extra for redelivery.

Definitely a very happy customer here. I've got the Clarity 2.0 to clean the glasses and the product is outstanding, very efficient. When the package arrived I realized that one of the items was missing. I've sent an email and straight away they've sent me the one was missing. Excellent after sales and customer care. Recommended!
