I have had one window replaced. All the visits and plans went according to plan and I have no complaints with the end result. Four stars because a bit expensive for one window.

was at Pennells and made an appt with Kirsty for someone to come round at 4.30 on 6th May 2021. On the 5th a male rang asking if he could change the appt from 4.30 to 3.30. We agreed. Come 4.45 on 6th no one turned up. Rang the office and was told there was no appt made!

Door had recently become difficult to lock. Filled in service form last night, engineer arrived before 09:00 next morning and quickly sorted the issue.

Quick quote. Had to wait for 6 weeks explained they manufacture. Fitted in a day 2 doors. Excellent very professional and importantly friendly workmen. I would recommend.

was assured when ordering the door, it would be fitted by December 2020. Dissatisfied with the service and lack of communication from the word go. When informing your team about the two small scratches to the door we were told not to worry about that because if anything happened to the door because of the scratches it would be covered by the guarantee. That to me is not Satisfactory, having paid £1075.00. and waiting an additional 3 months for the door, l expected the door to be perfect! Someone had to come out to correct the frame screw which had been left at a bad angle.

Guys arrived to install my new kitchen window on time, were polite and efficient. Cleaned up after themselves. A good job well done.

Have used EYG before and they were excellent and this time just the same excellent. Andy and Paul brilliant a excellent team. Very Covid safe and polite. EYG will be back in September for the next stage, first stage 6 windows 2 doors Second stage 3 windows in September.

From the salesman to the surveyor to the fantastic fitters ,every one was brilliant . We are absolutely delighted with our new windows which are just what we were looking for, the whole job has been outstanding from start to finish . Thank you to every one Stella and Peter Ward.

I’m sure This relatively small installation could have been completed with fewer visits. I think there were 4 separate visits in total. The installers on trip no. 2 didn’t seem to Have talked to installers on trip no.1. In the end a more senior engineer fixed up the alignment problems. Waited quite a long time to get it started too.

The product is great but the customer service was appalling! No phone calls to let us know if the fitters weren’t turning up, no call backs after leaving messages and no apologises! Definitely need to work on the customer service aspect of the company.

Pleased with the facias,soffits, gutters and fall pipes we had fitted by Terry.He worked very hard especially when he was by himself.He took the time to explain what he was doing and always left our premises tidy at the end of the day. I hope you manage to get some golfing in Terry and also get your handicap down to single figures. Thanks.
