Seven times to put 2 main windows & 3 window sills. Also promised a discount when the manage came to the house. Still nothing. Would not recommend you to anyone!!!!!!!

The fitters were really efficient and professional, did a excellent job. Polite all through the work and cleared the debris away, l would recommend your company to anyone.

Excellent customer service from installation team & so impressed with composite front door ordered another excellent back door, Would highly recommend.

If the initial promise for fitting had been honoured and not a month after then it may well have five stars.

Kitchen, landing , bathroom and WC windows replaced by Sam and mate. Top job, no mess, friendly lads. Attention to detail and interior exterior finish, first class. The windows are only as good as the fitters! Thanks to all! Phil HOSM

Had a composite door fitted. The workman was very efficient, polite. The door looks amazing. We are so happy with it.

Purchased a new composite front door, side window and two further double glazed units for the ensuite. Was the best of three quotes received, and got a small discount for being an existing customer (had some bifolds supplied a few years ago) Fitted on the date agreed, fitters were efficient and left no mess. There was a small mix up with one of the units for the ensuite but that was sorted within 48 hours. Also received a referral bonus for recommending EYG to the mother-in-law who also got a new door from them. Will definitely contact them again if we have any future double glazing requirements.

From start to finish EYG we’re professional and competent. They were accommodating of my missed appointments for the order and gave plenty of notice of delivery. The fitters were very good and completed the work tidily and quickly, the high quality of the doors is obvious and commented on by visitors.

The product quality and workmanship are totally outstanding. Contractors Jon and John were always professional, polite and friendly.... we couldn't have asked for more. The overall finish it superb and has transformed our home. Saying this we felt let down by the organisation and service provided by the offices. We kept having to chase for updates and an installation date. When the workman arrived they hadn't been informed about all parts of the contract so didn't have everything to finish the job - another team had to complete the work... they also arrived with the wrong coloured parts and had to go off sourcing material before they could carry on. We finally then received a call asking us to settle up the account even though I had already paid (but the information hadn't reached the installation team). This company appear to be held up by the sales representatives and contractors. Overall we are pleased with the end result but you may expect to have some trouble along the way.

Windows and door look great fitters where spot on. Only thing letting the job down was the communication from the office both before fitting and afterwards.

Dave AND Regan did a five star job but came on the first day with incorrect materials and had to come back the following day to complete the job. Thus reason for four star rating.

WORKMANSHIP IS POOR ORDERED A BESPOKE DOOR FITTED A STANDARD SIZE DOOR WITH PACKERS !! SO WE HAVE DOWN GRADED FROM OUR PREVIOUS DOOR ..STAY WELL CLEAR AND LEFT WITH US WITH CRACKED BRICKS AND A WENDY HOUSE SIZE DOOR STILL AWAITING TO RESOLVE STAY WELL CLEAR DONT WANT TO SORT THERE BODGE JOB OUT HAVING TO USE A PROPER COMPANY AFTER HAVING IT INSPECTED BY A SURVEYOR THERE WAS DISCUSS-TED REPORTED TRADES AND STANDARDS AND SOLICITORS APPOINTED

Very good but still to finish inside sill

Did not turn up on 2 expected dates....3rd time , fitter eventually came but didn't have all the parts needed for the job, he seemed fed up and despondent whilst here, leaving the job unfinished and the workmanship was extremely poor - broken window- smashed retainer strip- no panel for front door( had to have temporary chipboard) - outdoor cloaking finish missing- dented edging on back door- window handles / trickle vents unfinished - silicone sealant not applied ( could see sunshine through edges!) . Nothing was said when it was to be completed. It took several more e mails to get a response from photo evidence sent to manager with written complaints/ who visited our home to see for himself. When the maintenance man came to make good of the previous shoddy work, he himself wasn't told of all the bits he needed to do! Hence we had to wait AGAIN, for faults to be rectified. Then.... when eventually we thought it was all done- after a heavy rainfall.....it leaked onto internal flooring! So fed up of the whole experience . Recently had faults rectified AGAIN- just waiting for it to rain now, to see if it's worked this time!

Very pleased with my windows, the design fitted my bungalow perfectly. The window installers were great .we had a few issues with the instoremen, but EYG were good to there word and they have been sorted out quickly. Overall a great job and nice quality windows as well .

Account No 365917 I previously had a fully enclosed porch fitted (some 10 years since) and have been very satisfied with service since. However recently had replacement windows (not on porch) and have been far from satisfied. Initial visit fine but two of the jobs could not be fitted, one needed scaffold board, two windows had wrong width of gap. 2nd visit 3 panes fitted satisfactory, further 2 pains fitted but both had flaws, 1 deep scratch, 1 unsealed unit. Both replaced at a later date but puzzled as to why they were fitted in the first place?
