I inquired about pertinent filter kits for my RO System. I was sent several ads for a whole house system. I inquired a second time about which filters to order for my system. I was again sent more ads for a whole house system. I live in an apartment btw! I replied with an email threatening to take my business elsewhere. Finally I received the information i had requested. I then had to twice DEMAND shipping and tracking info. Nutshell... I am not impressed with your service. You folks have the best price on same and I am on a very limited income. Otherwise I would shop elsewhere.

You guys make it all simple with your detailed instructions. Stupid me didn’t see them in the box until I was done changing all the filters. Had to make a few adjustments, but all is well. Love the product.

Express water makes easy to install applications that are a breeze for any do it yourself kind of guy. Even my wife was able to install the system. We have the full home system and are now looking at the RO system for the sink and cooking. the systems are compact and Express Water has option to auto ship and send filters every 6 months which is very helpful and beneficial for those who do not remember they have to replace them. Well Done Express Water...

My Express Water has worked wonderfully for a bit over two years. I put it in the hot water closet and ran lines to the fridge and kitchen sink then added a hot tap as well. I live in the mountains and we already have good water but I’m convinced ours is better with the RO filter. I kinda forgot to change filters after one change then remembered. I looked online and had a fresh RO with all the others and an extra change for later. Awesome and easy. Express Water!

Installation instructions are good. I've seen a huge reduction in scale using the ultimate whole home filtration system. I installed it upstream from my water softener I hopes to increase life of the water softener as well as reduce the frequency of recharging the system and so far so good for the first 4 months.

Failed to admit that there is a leaching problem with IRN ion exchange material causing brown water and clogging the final ACB filter reducing to zero pressure and flow.

I purchased whole house filter set for heavy metal. the whole process was pretty easy and it was my first time doing it on a pre installed system. my suggestion to make it better is to have a phone technical service available during weekend or a bit after hour. Also, when you receive the package it says "if the o ring comes loose use the proper silicone sealant" but it's not provided in the package and it does not specify what it is. since I had to do the change over the weekend I was a bit afraid. other than that it was pretty simple. one last thing, I replaced the cartridges same sequence as the ones I took out but I would suggest to write in the instructions if the sequence matter of if they can be placed in any of the 3 slots since they could fit.
