I like their product (alkaline RO system). When I need to reorder filters they are always helpful. I ordered online once, but ordered the wrong ones and they called me to let me know. They then sent the correct ones for my system. They are helpful and prompt.

It arrived promptly, was somewhat easy to install and appears to be working properly. I was impressed that we can actually see the filters collecting how they're supposed to. We had replaced a whole house filter from Menards, which we were never happy with. It never seemed to collect anything! We're trying now to do without our water softener as was suggested. Don't know how that will work out yet!

Received in a timely manner and it works. The only complaint, and a minor one at that, is that you have to take the unit apart to reverse the in and out ports. Overall, I'm quite satisfied.

Deliveries always on time. The one time I had to contact the manufacturer the staff person was helpful and friendly. I have excellent well water so filters last long past the normal expiration time. My last order was received 2/7/2023 and they filters are still in the carton. Guess I like to be prepared.
