suggest better instruction
I purchased whole house filter set for heavy metal. the whole process was pretty easy and it was my first time doing it on a pre installed system. my suggestion to make it better is to have a phone technical service available during weekend or a bit after hour. Also, when you receive the package it says "if the o ring comes loose use the proper silicone sealant" but it's not provided in the package and it does not specify what it is. since I had to do the change over the weekend I was a bit afraid. other than that it was pretty simple. one last thing, I replaced the cartridges same sequence as the ones I took out but I would suggest to write in the instructions if the sequence matter of if they can be placed in any of the 3 slots since they could fit.
