My wife and I were involved in a rear…

My wife and I were involved in a rear end shunt on the motorway. I was left with life changing injuries and had to give up work. Christian handled our case and was extremely professional and explained the procedures involved in the claim. He was always contactable and replied quickly to any out of ours questions. He worked hard for us and we are very grateful for the outcome he negotiated. I would recommend him to provide a high standard of work. My wife and I would like to thank him for all he did for us. We can now move forward and get on with our lives.

After a vehicle ran into me on a car…

After a vehicle ran into me on a car Park in November 2023 my leg was injured quite badly. I contacted exclusive law and Christian Cassidy took on my claim. It was dealt with very efficiently. When my claim was settled Christian said it wasn’t enough and took it to court where I was awarded nearly four times more in May 2025.

Brilliant lawyer

Absolute legend. Christian Cassidy (Chris) was brilliant from day 1. I had a bike accident, Chris got in contact with me and sorted my claim out. Where we initially anticipated the claim wouldnt be resolved, Chris continued to push the insurance to achieve an outcome. Throughout my claim, Chris was professional, kept me updated throughout the process, listened to my concerns and thoughts. I would suggest anyone with a claim to use Chris personally to make sure your issues are sorted with the best possible outcome. Thanks again Chris, much appreciated.

my experience

I had an bike accident and Christian Cassidy was appointed by the Insurance Company to handle my case. he managed my case excellent, quick and communicate clearly all the time. Christian is honest, professional, kind and went above and beyond to get me a good compensation offer. I definitely recommend Christian to anyone who needs a good lawyer.

Very poor practices undertaken by this company's trading name

Had the misfortune of dealing with this company through their trading company "accident claims helpline" when I rang them in error following an accident. AL try to claim that they are not connected to ACHL on the ACHL website link you can see that they are the trading name for Exclusive Law (of Peter Street Manchester) see : accident-helpline, services page The trading company passed me onto an unregulated company who overcharged for storage, hire car etc and didn't even progress my car repair! They are really driving up everyones car insurance costs! The senior partners in the organisation have now confirmed both the fact that the companies are the same, and that they fully support this activity undertaken in their trading name Terrible poor practice It's predictable that they will claim that the companies aren't the same. But that isn't true. Achl clearly state they are the trading company of exclusivelaw on their website and emails from senior partners JG and AD confirm this. They just try to separate the public impressions of the 2 companies Therefore it's very relevant to any potential customers to understand their wider activities Trust pilot took the previous review down as I didn't have emails to confirm my contact with exclusivelaw, not because they disagreed with the statement made I have now..... hence this one stayed up As an update - I have also found out that the company they passed my details on to (that they work with often) claimed money from the 3rd party insurers for a repair that they did not undertake!. Pure fraud! EL are aware of this as evidenced by an email I have off them.

Ahsan was outstanding in his communication throughout our house purchase. He came on to our case while another colleague was out and he was nothing but super helpful, replying to emails promptly and providing us with easy to digest information. First class customer service

I recently rang Exclusive Law for some advice regarding a criminal injuries claim. Unfortunately my claim was quite far down the line and Exclusive Law were unable to represent me at this stage. However the advice I received was first class and I was amazed at the amount of time they dedicated just to guide me through the process. In this day and age, it is rare for a firm to provide such goodwill without wanting anything in return. Hats off to you Exclusive Law, you are a shining example!
