Very impressed with the quality of the product and the level of customer service. These mats were a custom cut. Have used ExactMats for my cars for probably 20 years and love them. But needed new mats... See more

Fantastic customer service!!!
The ordering process was easy. The mat came sooner than I expected and it was an exact fit. I have all Exact Mats in my Lexus. They always stay in place. A great product. Have had them for 12 years. Only the driver’s side has had to be replaced due to wear.
They sent me the wrong product as it was way too big to fit my car. On their website they state they would get back to customer within 1 day, not the case! I had to leave several messages before I even got a response. After admitting it was their error, I sent back product the same day I received their return label and emailed them about the return. You would think they would be a little more proactive and send me the correct product ASAP. They did not do anything. After this I asked for a refund. Would not recommend this firm, there are other manufactures/companies with the same product. Go buy it from them
Excellent Product
These were the mats l have been looking for. Just the right fit and not too bulky. A great product for someone looking to show the original carpet.
Superior in every sense of the word!
Poor quality product. Way over priced. Exact mats will spam your emails everyday if you order from them. Not worth the hassle. Wish I never purchased.
Prompt delivery and well made but a bit expensive.
Good product... but a big pricey.
Great product!
Great company to do business with!!! We had a little problem with my order but they quickly made it right and I like the product a lot!
David was outstanding and assisted me immensely with the pre-mature yellowing of drivers side of my Cadillac DTS's ExactMat floor mat. I also ordered a new rear set for my wife's 2010 Camaro rear passenger area. I thoroughly enjoy the ExactMats and how they cease any wear on the original or upgraded carpeted inserted Lloyds Mats. Again David was fantastic and extremely helpful!!!! I have already told my close friends and relatives about how terrific your products are.
The purchase price is reasonable and the shipping was quick. My mats fit my car exactly and they are high quality. I love my exactmats!
Exact fit for the vehicle. Quick response and shipping after the order.
Great mats. Order them every time I get a new car!
Great product.
I am a 5 time customer. There has been no other mat, that I have put in all my autos, over the last 14 years.
I recently purchased my 5th set of ExactMats. The custom fit to your vehicle is great. They look really good in the car while protecting the carpeted floor mats.
Love, love, love these mats. Thank you, they fit perfectly.
We have these mats on both our cars and love them. Love that they are clear and the carpet mats are visible. Also other Matt’s have deep crevices that collect dirt and dust in the corners and they fade. The ExactMats are the exact shape of the catheter mat. Highly recommend!
