Very impressed with the quality of the product and the level of customer service. These mats were a custom cut. Have used ExactMats for my cars for probably 20 years and love them. But needed new mats... See more

Second set of mats we have ordered both sets fit perfectly
Nice see through mats.
I received the mats very quickly and they fit perfectly. But some of the holes for the floor anchors were not cut through at all so I had to try and poke holes myself.
I am very pleased with the mats. They are fine quality.
i found the web site easy to use and delivery was very fast. i made a mistake while placing my order and contacted customer service who went out of his way to help me get the product i was looking for. i then placed another order for another item i was going to wait on. i highly recommend!
Almost a perfect 5 with almost a perfect fit. A little expensive but a good value. I would buy them again.
Best mats ever!!
This is the 3rd time I have bought Exactmats. It's a great product and the site is super easy to navigate. A very pleasant experience!
Great product + great customer service = 5 stars
I could not order on line because after entering my credit card it want to a PAY PAL screen. I couldn't even get your website from Mozilla. The customer service guy made an error in my address and I had to call back, twice. Your products seem first class, but the rest is lacking.
The mats fits my Audi A5 perfectly, I have bought 3 sets now, the Audi A5, Lexus RX350 & Honda Civic. Awesome product, thanks EM!
Very good customer service
Great product that I have used on several vehicles over the years. Had a minor issue with selection and the customer service was phenomenal. I am a Service Manager by profession. You guys deliver service right!
Fits pretty well but heavy plastic smell and edges needed deburring.
Mats are exactly what I ordered and fit is precise. Cost is reasonable and shipping fast Have used them before and will do again
Great customer service!
This is not my first order of exact mats in fact, I'm a repeat buyer for myself and have given them as gifts. With each auto I have leased or purchase, I have bought the complete set of exact mats. My family and friends have also loved them due to my recommendation. The standard/dealer rugs stay clean and like new while the exact mats take a beating and continue to look great. This is s big plus when you trade or sell your car or truck. The interior of the car looks clean and so much nicer than the all weather mats some dealers try to sell you at half the cost. Totally recommend this product and this company. Shipping is fast and usually free. Can't say enough good things about exact mats.
The mats are great, they fit perfectly. I just wish the ones that get the most traction (driver and passenger) had a better anchoring system. I find myself adjusting the (driver side) mat every time I get in the car. The 1 little plastic clip they included doesn't help at all.
