Evo Logistics are my go-to company for when I require anything moved. They are reliable, professional, reasonable, efficient and very dependable. I have used them three times now and have never been disappointed, if anything they have over achieved.
The driver collecting our goods was very helpful and very mannerly and I was kept updated as soon as the delivery reached its destination.

Excellent customer service. Quotes are replied to within minutes and all of the team are very helpful and friendly. They also have a very helpful tracking system which provides you with updates from collection to delivery and also provides you with an accurate ETA.I would highly recommend.

I recently called upon the services of Evo Logistics to transport several items of antique furniture from the seller to my house which is an hour away. Upon arrival, which took longer than expected as the driver stopped on the way, I helped to unload the items from the van and in a rush due to further commitments that day, signed the delivery notice to say I had received everything. Unfortunately, upon inspection the next day, one of the items appeared to have arrived damaged, when I contacted Evo Logistics, they told me absolutely nothing would be done by way of compensation as I had signed the delivery notice. Their customer service after I registered my complaint was nothing short of rude and accusatory. If you use Evo Logistics, be thorough and allow plenty of time to check every single item upon delivery, you won’t get a second chance.

We had to move some promotional / marketing material from Bristol to London for an event and to begin with we used DPD to move a few boxes. One of our team realised we had forgotten some of the kit and by now we were less than 24hrs away from the event. Evo was quick to respond to our request, our packages were picked up within the hour and delivered promptly - this took all the worry and hassle away. as it happens, the parcels that were sent via DPD not only arrived a day later than what we had expected (and paid for!) but they lost 50% of the load as well. Thanks Evo Logistics; this is a great example of how the bigger courier services are not the best and we will now be using Evo for all future courier needs. Thanks guys!

We needed to send crucially important research specimens to two locations and had a terrible experience with one of the larger courier services earlier in our project. We chose Evo Logistics because they offered same day delivery without putting our samples into the supply chain. Also they were genuinely interested in our work and understood how important the delivery was to us. We were really delighted with the service from start to finish. Excellent communication; an easy to use portal; timely collection and delivery and tracked all the way. It's the most relaxed I've ever been about sending samples as I felt I had control over the process. All the staff we dealt with were wonderful too. Very highly recommend.

I have been trying to get a gas bbq transported from Norfolk to Northampton for a number of weeks and have had various quotes and promises which never transpired. However on the 18th Nsy I came across Evo Logistics who were absolutely brilliant / within four hours my bbq had been transported at a really marvellous price - the staff were all efficient and it was nice to deal with a genuinely brilliant company who did what they said for a change - I would certainly recommend this company to anyone - it’s brilliant to have a company who were do obliging and efficient - excellent work Evo Logistics and you deserve any rewards you may get in the future
