Firstly the positive - my price for a week's rental from Toulouse airport was reduced from £360 to £241 when I phoned to ask to change the principal driver and to add a second driver. Does make you think they've no idea what they're doing though. On returning the car, the guy insisted over and over that there was a dent in the side and asked me to sign that I agreed to that. My partner and I could honestly see nothing at all. The guy is asking - did you examine the car and take photos when you first hired it? But any human eye or any photograph would not have captured this invisible thing he was talking about. We went into the actual office and spoke to somebody there. She went out to the car and came back about one minute later saying - all fine, no dents, good to go. That guy is clearly on "dent commission" and should be sacked. I am never using Europcar again.
I have sent them 3 emails over the course of 2 weeks and they have all been ignored. Absolutely horrendous company with atrocious customer service. Avoid
