I was in your Huddersfield store on the 10th of July, i was so happy with the service,I don't know the name of the man who served me but he was so friendly and helpful ,I just want to say thank you and please pass on my thanks...it was around 11.30 on Thursday the 10th...thank you.
Ordered some trim for a job, got order confirmation and took money but no goods. Emailed them twice to ask when being delivered and ignored both times. Seen reviews on here stating they are professional but in my case totally ignorant and unprofessional, would not use again.
I’ve traded with eurocell for many years and my local branch has a new manager and two new counter staff. They have improved the service level massively. Wendy has really impressed me with the way things have dealt with enquiries and stock levels. Thanks

First time purchasing from Euro sale staff very friendly only two happy to help staff member who helped me with my purchase was Joanne at the Chesterfield brunch was very helpful first time I have took a project like this on and wasn't sure about fitments and sizes and she walked me through it step by step showing me the different parts and component will definitely be using again in the future😃👍

Really enjoy dealing with the Chesterfield Branch and in particular Joanne, Her customer service and product awareness is invaluable to me. Its a shame I cant place my orders for other Eurocell branches across the country direct with her!

Very quick response to an online request. Very good communication all the way. Also easy to contact and talk to real people. Quick and friendly respons to concerns. Absolutely everybody followed through from Robin Iles the Rep helping us from the start and was always available by phone or txt to Team Jez and Charlie working so very hard to meet the deadline and leaving us amazed what two people can achieve in a couple of days. Also to mention Michelle always straight away on the other end of the phone answering our questions. Would, and we have already recommended Eurocell to friends.
