I ordered uniforms for my new soccer team and the ETA promised was 05/17/2023. I planned for a club launch on 05/20/2023 based on this data. I got an email on 05/17/2023 (on the same day!) saying they can’t meet the ETA and I have no idea when I will get my shipment. I contacted customer service twice, and I got different answers. The first person said shirts will be customized and it takes 2 business days to do this. The second person (Erica) said the process should only take 1 business day but isn’t sure whether the uniforms are customized or not. Moreover, I paid for expedited shipping, but they sent me an invoice saying I paid for standard shipping. The screenshots I took of my customization is different to the invoice they now sent me. Overall, this company is a fraud. They will take your money and you will not receive anything.

I tried contacting Epic Sports both by phone & through email but could never get a response. Unfortunately lesson learned as the pants did NOT fit even though it was same size & style I always buy him. I had NO idea they could NOT at least be exchanged. I should have known customer service would not help since I could NOT get help as a new customer. Just beware as it says NO returns or exchanges but there are multiple things highlighted in bright colors & who would think they couldn’t at least be exchanged for the correct size? Oh well $100 wasted but I will donate to charity. Hopefully someone can get some use out of them.

I ordered baseball pants with pinstriping, but they came without it. When I contacted customer support, they said I never ordered the item with pinstriping, even though the receipt showed that I did, and the delivered item was a different stock number. I ten ordered another pair with pinstriping and after the delivery date passed (24 days) with no pants, I tried to cancel the order. Miraculously, the pants shipped the next day. Now I'm stuck with pants that took 30 days to arrive and will only be worn for half the season. As far as I'm concerned, this is a fly by night organization and will never deal with them again.

I went to cancel the order within minutes of placing it and they said it was too late. They couldn't change the sizes they couldn't cancel the order... They took my money and now I'm just stuck with clothes I don't want. Their customer service is terrible.

I have order a product on this site and I have received it on time and also received the same product which I have ordered so my experience are great on this site thanks.

I’ve had multiple orders with EPIC and all have been good except for the last one. Ups delivered the box opened and damaged. I contacted epic and they refused to take responsibility. I did not choose UPS. I did not leave the package opened in the rain yet I am being penalized. I do not want the goods. All I asked for was a prepaid shipping label to return it and they refused. On top of everything I had to wait for weeks for response and couldn’t get a hold of anyone. No phone numbers. No customer service reps.

The product I purchased based on photos and description is not what I received. Description and photos described blue wrestling shoes with solar yellow Adidas stripes. What I received is blue wrestling shoes with lime green Adidas stripes that do not match our uniform. Have attempted to contact several times and this is leading no where. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Uniforms arrived full week after original promised date. Customer Service is the worst - awful communication. Will not take phone calls and only allow you to send emails or chat on line but it appears you are talking to a computer. Team jerseys were VERY unprofessionally done. Instead of screen printing letters, they evidently simply ironed on letters. Several uniforms had letters fall off after first wash. BEWARE - DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!

For one customer service needs to be nicer about things and situations. Your company should be a little bit more flexible on things also. Promised a shipping reimbursement on purchasing a sample because your company doesn't do samples and then was told I had to place a $200 order to get that reimbursement but you didn't have items in stock anymore nor was I told about short stock at time of sample order. Very hard to work with! And of course can't get the exact date because your website won't let me pull up my order history.

I have yet to use the softballs I purchased, but in removing them from the plastic they appear to be a solidly made ball.
