Epic Sports

Sent me jerseys that had completely inconsistent sizing. Some of the mediums were smaller than the smalls. Some were correct size. A customer support agent tried to issue me an exchange, but their manager literally stepped in and cancelled it, claiming that the jerseys were within the margin of sizing difference. I sent photo evidence with measurements. They ignored it, and just invented new measurements that they claimed to have seen in the pics. Literally would have cost them $20 to make this right and send me the correct items I paid for, but they're apparently too stubborn to acknowledge their own mistakes. Buyer beware. If anything is wrong with your order, good luck.

I could not find the items I needed anywhere except on Epic Sports. We are a printer and when I know the manufacturer says they don't have any stock, I always go to Epic to see what they have. And this time it was a WIN. Just what I needed and just on time.

Item as expected. Shipped late. Received annoying number of daily updates about the expected ship date even as that date came and passed. In the end item arrived a few days behind schedule. Was cheap and printed properly. Works for what I needed which is for a Halloween costume.

Dear Sirs: The shorts I needed / ordered arrived! However the shorts were NOT Kelly Green… as stated in ur ad! They are dark… closer to Forest Green. I was disappointed / put out that what I ordered was not delivered. No I did not go by the ad color… I went by ur description…as I should with trust. Horrible customer service. Order was missing 8 items, I contacted customer service within the time period for discrepancies, no help at all. They do not respond to emails or messages, they just ignore your request for replacement units and do not care about their customers.

I received one less sock than ordered in my original order. It took me hours to re order. I could never get a live person to let me know the status of the last sock. I had to contact you in several different ways, several different times to find out if that last sock was going to be sent. It was very very difficult
