Will not work with you!
For one customer service needs to be nicer about things and situations. Your company should be a little bit more flexible on things also. Promised a shipping reimbursement on purchasing a sample because your company doesn't do samples and then was told I had to place a $200 order to get that reimbursement but you didn't have items in stock anymore nor was I told about short stock at time of sample order. Very hard to work with! And of course can't get the exact date because your website won't let me pull up my order history.
