The ordering was easy, the bag was shipped in a timely manner and the quality is excellent. The bag is very spacious for the girls with all their softball gear. Absolutely love the bag.

Purchased a pair of baseball pants and needed them quickly. I paid for expedited shipping and they took three days to send the wrong size and in trying to get my full money back. I got scammed out of $30 plus $10 to return the item. I asked many times to have them call me and discuss it, but they would only chat once a day and it took a month and a half to get a partial refund and the prepaid postage label they sent me was not prepaid. I had to pay another $10 due to Ship it back only to get a partial refund . I asked for a manager and they said the manager was aware and agreed with their decision. This is horrible customer service and I will never shop with them again!!

I am absolutely appalled and disgusted with Epic Sports. I purchased several sweatshirts that I followed the care instructions for, yet the printing faded quickly and the sweatshirts have become ragged and poor quality. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service and sending pictures of the defective products, my concerns have been ignored. Instead of addressing the issue, they keep closing my tickets without resolution. This is horrible customer service and a total disgrace. I strongly advise against buying from Epic Sports—spend your money elsewhere where you'll be treated with respect. Do not waste your hard-earned money on their products, especially as a gift for loved ones. You will regret it.

Purchased jerseys for a father's day tournament that would be happening on a Sat. Before purchasing, asked if I needed to purchase shorter delivery times to assure delivery in times for game, was told my window was early enough to not worry. Watched every day for 2 weeks (as they posted updates to me), and the delivery date of Wed never changed. Wed came, nothing happened (despite it still saying my items are coming Wed). Reached out and told I don't see tracking because maybe it isn't updated. See tracking the next day, and now the jerseys will arrive AFTER the tournament. Contact Epic, and receive the rudest, worst customer service ever. Agnes told me I better call UPS and arrange a meet up (which ONLY the shipper can do btw). Then she said, "All managers are to lunch," and, "You can't call us because we don't do phonr calls, we have found chats provide enough service." Ended with a, "We provided a service, hope you enjoy the jerseys," when she knew we would never use them after this date, they were blue jerseys and socks that are not our colors that are just for father's day. WORST COMPANY EVER to work with. Go anywhere else.

They canceled my order twice. I ordered tail pads both times and paid both times were in stock and I get a email from epic saying that my order has to be canceled because items out of stock worst places ever i would recommend finding some other place to by from

The ordering process was simple. My order came as expected and when it was expected, The items I ordered were just as I expected them to be from the descriptions given on website and the sizing was spot on. Overall VERY pleased with my order and plan to order again and recommend to others.

Great items, great price

My brother in law and I wanted Camo socks. They came in L and XL. I bought him two pair and myself 2 pair. They are so tightly woven, its very difficult to get onto your feet. There are threads inside that your toe or nail grip onto, making it very difficult to get on. If you have very large feet, the XL will be too small. Spent $56.35 for 4 pair and that included shipping (over 12.00 for socks). That was a waste of money. Maybe the other socks are better, but sadly these camo socks, are throw away or donate.
