However, the shipment arrived later than the scheduled delivery date. Given the delay, I believe a partial refund on the shipping fee would have been a reasonable gesture.

I paid for expedited shipping and I never received tracking information on this package until 1 week before it arrived and that was 2 weeks after the promised date for the shipping I paid for. Overall the package was almost 3 weeks late and we didn't receive proper information for us to make other arrangements. This caused us to not be able to deliver on a promise to our campers that this order was for.
I encountered an issue with a shirt being sent in the wrong size, but the customer service team addressed it immediately. They were very friendly and helpful.
We mesaured all our team and when by there chart and then got the next size up from that. They fit skin tight and choke you in the neck. No help from there support cause we got the size we ordered even though they fit very very small. For a coach that normally wears an XL we would of needed a 3xl-4xl to fit the same No joke not worth your money we are out over $400 cause nothing fits. Dont Do it they will not help and they will not fit
