It was easy to order and it didn’t take long to get my order

Two weeks to get a baseball cap from Kansas to Texas is somewhat ridiculous. Their responses seem automated. When I finally said cancel a person replied. It was coming from a third party, what we used to call dropshipped. When a young lady responded she'd try to, within an hour I got an email from UPS they'd received a label, but no item yet. Nice move. Look out for inflated shipping to offset lower prices and the 20-50% restocking fee. No second business with these guys. I ran a distribution center for one of the Neiman's companies in Dallas. Their not on that level.

Prices are great and order is as expected. It got lost in the mail for a bit so I ended up having to go to Academy and purchasing the same thing. Next time I will probably just got to Academy to save myself the stress.

Great prices but a little slow shipping

Great product and design looks so good! I’m impressed with the quality. I did have some trouble with a design change that needed reviewed. Which dramatically changed my arrival time. The email they sent went to my junk folder. I had signed into my account to check in the order, it would have been nice to have notice of the design change review on my account, not just via email.

I love Epic Sports. Their prices are unbeatable and evey one of my orders have arrived ahead of schedule.
