Love my necklace and bracelet that I got but the earrings I got broke after only a couple wears so the quality is quite disappointing. Wouldn’t recommend getting any earrings.

Even when I experiment a quality issue with product, the en route team (Jackie specifically) was fast, helpful and accommodating. The team worked to solve the issue and resolve the products.

I ordered a few pieces for my daughter birthday present and I wasn't disappointed. Purchased the Athena Bracelet in Gold and Carnelian Stone Hoop Earrings. Both beautiful pieces and good quality. The customer service team are amazing and helpful. Highly recommend this company 🥰

I purchased my first order and I am over the moon. The delivery was super quick with the most luxury packaging. The jewellery itself is so elegant and great quality for such a good price! I would definitely recommend and will be purchasing again 10/10.

I love the jewelry, problem is the rings run a bit small imo, it fits like when I put it all the way down in my finger but it won’t come off at all😭 The necklaces are really pretty tho and eveyrhting is good quality I just hope maybe I could change the ring size one size up?

The customer service was excellent. I bought a bracelet for my daughter for her birthday and the first time she wore it, one of the stones came out. I contacted customer service. They got back to me within a day, replaced the bracelet and sent it to her in NC. They said no need to return the damaged one. Would definitely buy from here again.

I ordered a ring for my mom for her birthdate that had gold plating and unfortunately i did not know that they had to be taken care on a certain way and it tarnished and remaches out to the customer service and jackie went absolutely above and beyond expectations, i expected a discount or since i bought it discounted, but they said my warranty was not done and sent it free of charge
