Lovely jewellery and great customer service
I recently purchased two beautiful bracelets from En Route and accidentally ordered the wrong item. When I reached out to their customer service team, they were incredibly helpful and understanding. They quickly arranged a replacement for the correct bracelet without any hassle. Their responsiveness and willingness to go above and beyond made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
