Exceptionally good customer service. The item was damaged slightly during the shipping process, through no fault of the English Tea Store. They sent a replacement immediately, without any hassle. The second item arrived perfectly, and I love it. That is a good way to conduct business.

I never received my order. I even spoke to a female team member who made sure i had it delivered to my address and that was almost a month ago. I want a refund.

Promptly received my order. The products on offer are difficult to source elsewhere. However, you run low on inventory of your best sellers and don’t seem to restock for long intervals. Your outstanding varieties of tea are wonderful. My favorite is Scottish caramel pur-erh. It is heaven in a cup.
