The store offers Assam tea by the bag, a real convenience for me. I also appreciate ordering the tea biscuits I enjoy, rather than searching for them with limited success elsewhere.

You have my favorite peach preservers and at a good price. When Some got broke during shipping you replaced them right away.

I was curious because the packaging was different than what I usually receive so I was wondering if it was from an outlet other than English tea stores. But the label was English tea stores so I assume everything was okay as I had ordered it. Otherwise, I love your tea and look forward to purchasing again.
I thought the shipping time was great and they are very considerate and helpful. They listen to the customer and try to meet their needs. They are also very fair with any problems!
The English Tea Store has many fantastic teas and herbals (particularly speaking of the hibiscus variety). I found a large selection of incidentals that you cannot get locally. Finding tea is the easiest thing to do on the website, there are lots of teas to look at with options to try different flavors. I like the English Tea Store because I can look at teas i like with ease and click on the amount I would like and easy check out.
