Fast delivery and very informative about when order would arrive

All the jars of jam arrived unbroken and wrapped and packed securely. Free shipping was offered if we purchased so much. Very good jam with berries as the first ingredient and sugar instead of high fructose corn syrup.

Easy to order and quick to receive

My February order arrived in a sturdy box, undamaged; the contents was so well packed that no jars were leaky or broken, no chocolate or boxes of biscuits or tea cakes crushed. My family was excited to see what I had ordered, and the whole experience was like finding treasure. From placing the order to opening the box of treasures inside, I have to say there isnt a better place to order from. As a matter of fact, I prefer ordering from English Tea Store (ETS) because they have never filled my order with damaged or stale merchandise. ETS personnel pack my orders so that everything--even tea cake boxes that arrive with jars/cans--arrive in perfect condition. I appreciate the cold packs that keep chocolate from melting when the weather gets warm/hot. Customer service Is excellent; my online questions get helpful and timely responses. I always look forward to ordering UK food, sweets, and holiday/gifts from ETS to share with family and friends. Lately, I have ordered more frequently because the free shipping @ $35 is a real bargain. ETS has become my first choice, my primary "go-to" for UK expat treats and pantry staples.

Unfortunately, one of my tea pots arrived damaged. I took photos and sent a note about it. The English Tea Store responded promptly and resolved the problem with no hassles for me. I will be ordering again soon.
