I was very impressed with the boiler service work. The technician was knowledgeable, courteous and thorough in his work, taking care to ensure no mess while servicing the boiler. He arrived promptly and I was kept informed of arrival times etc and received a summary of the work by email within a few minutes of his leaving. First class service.
