Although you have to renew your contract more frequently then with other suppliers, it is for your benefit. By doing this you can usually get a lower payment amount, because your payment amount is based on the stock market at that time. I have never been disappointed at renewal time. Thank you for making the purchase of your services so economical.
I have been receiving 15-20 phone calls a day for the past two weeks from a boiler room asking me to change to Eligo. Their rate is 8.99 they say. I have filed a complaint with the FCC as these people call and hang up, call or insist my current plan with another firm has expired (it hasn't) and have continued endlessly annoying me, even though I tell them my plan is in effect.

I switched like most to save money and that’s what Eligo did, Switching was easy, answered a few questions online and that was it, the switch was faster then I expected.Low rates and good customer service, can’t beat that.
I was a little hesitant switching my electric provider due to past bad experiences. The customer service rep was very informative and wonderful to deal with. She gave me an estimate amount of saving I could expect. My saving was significantly more than I was expecting!!!

Have been an Eligo customer for years now. They have saved us thousands of dollars on our electric. U.S. based customers service that is always friendly, knowledgeable and always helpful. They never pester you about signing up for green deals like some other energy companies that call you constantly once signed up. I do not want that kind of relationship with my electric company. They just offer the best rates and the bill reflects that consistently. I cannot recommend Eligo enough. If you are not shopping for your energy supplier you are losing money. Eligo Energy quoted us a price of 2.99 mcf never did they update my account I have had to call every month to get a reimbursement then I ask to get transferred to a sales associate so I can extend my contact she was rude she would not budge on the price whatsoever which was a dollar higher than my local gas company was charging so I asked her to send me back to someone so I can cancel my account this rep said it was canceled but it was not I have had to call twice now let’s see if next month it is truly canceled I will never do business with this company ever again
Rip off!!! Look at your supplier on your bill and pay attention they are overcharging!!

Their rates are very reasonable below everyone else and customer service is eager to help with questions my biggest problem is other places calling and confusing me that they are ealaco energy
