Eligo Energy quoted us a price of 2.99 mcf never did they update my account I have had to call every month to get a reimbursement then I ask to get transferred to a sales associate so I can extend my contact she was rude she would not budge on the price whatsoever which was a dollar higher than my local gas company was charging so I asked her to send me back to someone so I can cancel my account this rep said it was canceled but it was not I have had to call twice now let’s see if next month it is truly canceled I will never do business with this company ever again
