Eligo Energy is a company that actually has real people answer the phone when you call, rather than have to wade through a series of recordings. Once they made a billing error on my account. When I discovered it, I was able to reach someone easily who actually listened to me explain the problem. They didn't dodge me, get argumentative or defensive. They opened an investigation to check out my story and within ONE WEEK I had a refund check mailed to my billing address, with a sincere apology for the mistake they had made. Their response was unusual and most impressive in this age of big conglomerates!
