Do not buy

Do not buy. I phoned In advance and asked if I bought a new switch bike remote would it reset back to original factory settings which I was advised would be the case. I plugged in to my existing kit and it defaulted to the last instruction from the current controller.

Tern Verge P10 - Excellent Service

I ordered a Tern Verge P10 at a great price and it came really well packed (double boxed) and was delivered when they said it would be. I checked torque settings and indexing and it was all perfectly checked and set up by them. I didn't have to adjust anything. Really outstanding service!

Excellent After Sales Service

I wasn't sure about buying an ebike from a website, I always worried about support if something went wrong. The prices on their store were so good I took the gamble. The gamble paid off, I needed their help to warranty an AXS battery with SRAM and they were fantastic to deal with. Jordan handled the claim quickly and kept me informed throughout, I had a new replacement battery back on my bike within days. I would definitely buy from them again, excellent sales process and brilliant aftercare. Thank You.

Would recommend and would 100% use again

Just purchased my latest cycle to work scheme bike through the team at electric life. From initial order enquiry, quote produced, accepting the voucher from my works provider and then very quickly sorting dispatch the work put in by Jordan was spot on. Bike arrived quickly and I’m very pleased with both the service received and purchase made.

Non existent customer service

Non existent customer service. VERY disappointing service. T's & C's state delivery within 3/5 days! 16th - Bike ordered, no updates received. 20th - Rand for an update, they had no idea about delivery, I requested a call back. 21st - Rang again as no call back received. They advised they have changed couriers, apparently their new couriers doesn't provide delivery details? 26th - rang again. I received further excuses regarding new courier company and was told I'd get an update. 31st - Rang again. Rueben was obviously bored of my calls and was rude. I requested to speak to a manager, he said noone in, he did advise delivery is booked for 3rd, which will be 18 days after ordering! I have requested a call back from a manager. Emailed customer services for their complaints department contact details, received a reply - they have no complaints department! Got couriers details and will deal with them directly. My partner ordered a bike from MTB Monster, she revived the bike within 4 days, with suspension fully set up, a free mudguard and regular communication!

Poor Customer Service

Broke the handle on my Pro Rider electric golf trolley & was looking either to source a replacement handle, or to replace it altogether, given its 9 year age. I completed an online enquiry along those lines & received an email shortly afterwards, asking for photographs of the trolley, to be able to assess the situation. I sent these off by return, but have heard nothing further. Poor customer service, which has lead to my taking my custom elsewhere.

Never supplied bike

Ordered a bike which was shown to be in stock with a 5 day delivery time. Delivery date kept getting pushed back.I had to constantly ask for updates. Claimed my bike had been stolen in a break in, promised replacement could be sourced, again I had to keep asking for updates, ultimately I asked for a definite date the bike would be supplied by and they did not bother responding. This process went on for approximately 10 weeks. I don't believe they ever had or could get the advertised bike. No other suppliers were advertising stock.
