Communication could be better. I was charged incorrectly and then felt the customer service could have been better in terms of the refund.
My experience was incredible, even with me changing my mind on my font and size a few times, very helpful.
Such an easy process for custom sign to be made! I changed details a few times and each time, was so seemless and no hassles for Electric Confetti Team! Delivery was quick and packaging was secure. Will definately use again and be telling people!
Great product and service. Very reliable and responsive.
Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect sign for our wedding day! Not only will we be using it for the day, but will also be using in our house afterwards.
The team at Electric Confetti were such a pleasure to work with for custom signage for my small business, can't recommend them enough! Cheers team!
Their team look my idea to the next level with patience & kindness. They were transparent throughout the whole process & happy to creat multiple drafts. Can’t wait to buy my next piece!!
Electric Confetti are a joy to deal with. I ordered too close to Christmas to be able to receive the sign for my daughter, so they sent us a Christmas Card of the image anyway. Communication was fantastic and we love the heart sign, the fact that you can dim it too! Thank you Electric Confetti.
Our sign looks fantastic! Thank you so much! The turn around from ordering to completion was extremely quick.
We were absolutely blown away by our neon from Electric Confetti for our recent event. Huge thank you to the EC team for their incredible customer service, attention to detail and commitment to ensuring that everything was perfect for us.

Great support and efficient service
Fantastic product. Delivery was a nightmare- but that wasn't the fault of Electric Confetti and they went out of their way to help me resolve the issue. Will definitely order from EC again! x

Awesome service and great quality! Everyone comments on our LED Art when they come over!
Great communication and wonderful product. This is the second neon I've bought from EC and am very happy with the quality.
I found the staff very helpful and co-operative. As this was a gift being sent overseas, the parcel arrived very quickly without any hassles. I would definitely shop there again.
I commissioned Electric Confetti to make a custom design for me and their customer service and product quality were excellent. The neon light looks absolutely amazing.
Amazing quality products, fantastic service and our clients just loved what Electric Confetti designed. We couldn't rate them any higher - we are so happy and Electric Confetti will be a partner of ours forever!
Super responsive customer service, they were happy to revise our design (free of charge) multiple times, and the delivery was surprisingly quick for a custom sign!
