Absolutely terrible customer service
Απαραδεκτη επικοινωνια, αδιαφορια στην επικοινωνια απο την εξυπηρετηση πελατων για ΛΑΝΘΑΣΜΕΝΗ και ΚΑΘΥΣΤΕΡΗΜΕΝΗ παραγγελια απο το στολο τους. Δεν αξιζει καν η διατηρηση λογαριασμου στην πλατφορμα πλεον, απαραδεκτοι - πελατης σχεδον 10ετιας με αντιμετωπιση χείριστη.
Παρήγγειλα 11:30 μου γράφεις την εφαρμογή ότι στις 12:10 με 12:20 θα είναι στην πόρτα μου παίρνω τηλέφωνο στις 12:40 και μου λένε ότι η παραγγελία μου έχει ακυρωθεί χωρίς να με ενημερώσει κανένας το λιγότερο που μπορώ να πω είναι ότι είστε γελοίοι και ανεύθυνη
I'm having a nightmare with this delivery platform. Though it began very well, and I never had any real issues, but over the past Eight months every second to third order has an issue. It's either cancelled, or arrives way out of the designated time frame set on the store I order from. They take the money from your account, then cancel the order, promising you it will be returned the next few days. I just made a €103 order, and once again it was cancelled. Nobody asked me if I have another €103 to complete a second purchase. Which i don't. So my family will not have dinner tonight or lunch tomorrow, because it's efoods policy to not verify the order with the store, then remove the funds from my account. I called the efood contact number to complain, 36 times in 25 minutes and every time the number just kicks me off, no ring, no message. Good work efood. Thanks ever so much.
Τραγικοί. Έχω ανταλλάξει άπειρα μέιλ για να μου κάνουν επιστροφή ποσού σε φαγητό που δεν πήρα. Μήνες τώρα μια κοροϊδία. Έχει ξανασυμβεί να μην μου επιστρέψουν πόσο και στο παρελθόν. Έτσι κάνεις κέρδη efood? Καλό κλείσιμο.

L'application fonctionne très bien, le suivi en "direct" quand dispo, fonctionne très bien, incos et utisation des données perso, rien a redire. Les "deals" proposés sont honnêtes et souvent avantageux. Après, suivant les entreprises choisies, les services ou offres peuvent être parfois décevants. En effet j'ai remarqué que pour l'offre 1+1 la quantité entre l'achat d'un produit au prix normal, ou en profitant de l'offre 1+1, n'est de loin pas la même. Dans l'ensemble suis très content.
A monkey designed this app. The difference in UI/UX between Wolt and eFood is why I am a Wolt customer. I tried using eFood online and it was a very frustrating experience.
I didn't like it. The food arived cold and way after the estimated time.
Part of online order delivered, 1 out of 3 items not sent, no messages, no reply on telephone line, email on box of recipient full! Not contactable. Completely dishonest, sham company, do not buy online
No discount was provided as it was advertised, and customer service was unable to amend the order, they could only cancel it, even though it was due to their system failure.

They offer discount coupons for their market and when your order is delivered they ask for the full price claiming something went wrong and then tell you better luck next time. Awful customer service.
Tried paying with paypal and visa eur debit card. Should be straightforward, did not work. I used the chat, they assumed I had saved my cards, so asked me to delete and re-add. Also not able to help you reach the food order company so we could order by phone while they get it resolved. Absolutely no help even before i bought anything, I wonder if anything would go run after I pay, whether they would be as bad or even worse...
Despicable service - using templates to respond to their emails; I have collected a coupon for particular restaurant which has been unavailable on the app for more than 2 weeks!!!! I keep asking them when I can cash out my coupon and their answers are ridiculous....
We ordered Mcdonalds and they arrived cold and filty after 1.5 hours. I will never order again from there
Someone from Thessaloniki while I was in Athens hacked my account and ordered a big amount of food for himself to deliver in the middle of a street. I called e-food a lot of times to give back my money and told them that this is a GPDR violation due to European Union rules. They don't give a damn. I am still waiting for an e-mail with instructions for them and they said just to go to the local police and inform them about it. Total unprofessional behavior.
The devil as far as companies go. They sell your details or share them with others when they shouldn't. Fake "offers" that actually are more expensive than buying directly from the restaurants. Very buggy Android app. Heinous working conditions for their employees. The owner, Mr. Paminos Kirkinis, ows his success to suspicious lobbying facilitated by his murky relations with Mareva Mitsotaki.
