Ample opportunity during web chat to disclose item was sold out prior to me placing order. Informed next day item was unable to ship at advertised price as sold out, yet still advertised on website at price paid.

Great on line support using the chat. Even better follow up conversation initiated by the company. Item was with me within 24 hours as promised. Customer focused company. Will definitely recommend to others and will use the company again.

Ok... the delivery was a problem. For some reason the delivery company delivered to the wrong place. However it was sorted out, the service is friendly and knowledgeable and the price was good. All in all very good!

Clicked, paid and a couple of days later it arrived. No hassle.

He then went out of his way to make sure the equipment was delivered in a timely and efficient manner. Called to ask about 2.4Ghz wireless microphones and was given very knowledgable and accurate technical advice. Consequently, I bought the AKG TETRAD D5 system with two mics... Works perfectly over about 50-60 metres even through walls. Delivery was next day. Prices were very competitive. I can highly recommend E-AV on all counts. I'll be using them again

I have just received the unit in the post. It looks in good condition though I have yet to use it. It took a while to come (in the world of next day delivery) and postage and packing considering its weight was exorbitant (£6:95 and not next day!) as there don't seem to be many other suppliers of the product - will be praying it works

This company will take the time to advise you on the suitability of products you plan to order and are honest about telling you whether they have the gear in stock. In my case I ordered just after midday on a Monday and was told EAV didn't have the radio mic in stock but Audio Technica had plenty available, so I was surprised to receive the equipment either the next day or the day after - very good considering it was FREE shipping. With unbeatable price, honesty, good advice and fast delivery I can see myself ordering more gear from EAV in the future.
