EAV Pro Audio & Video Reviews

Have purchased for Jon at EAV a couple of times. It was really easy to buy and the customer service is top notch. Jon was so helpful when it came to upgrading out wireless mic system and mixer. Went through different options with us and was always great at price matching. Even managed to source us some new LED lanterns for the studio and the price was great. In conclusion - buy from EAV and you know you are getting top service

Was looking at another piece of HK stage monitoring; Best price via Google was EAV and when I logged on, I got immediate assistance via chat. Great service that will probz lead to a further (bigger) purchase. Top lads!

Helpful staff when dealing with any questions. AEG DMS Tetrad wireless microphone system + extra mics all good. All equipment delivered safely.

I have known AA and EAV for many years. We have always been pleased with the products recommended, the good advice and the prompt service. We would not cosider buying Audio equipment anywhere else.

From speaking to sales staff and ordering on line no issues at all straight forward. Parcel arrived within set time scale and wrapped up securely.

Bought an LD Systems in-ear monitoring set from EAV. They were best on price, and a voucher code improved their price even further. Delivery was prompt. Acid test literally came when a faulty battery leaked into the belt pack. Shortly after I reported this to them, EAV dispatched another unit without needing to be asked. I'll be back when I need more gear, and thanks for the excellent service.

Amazing to deal with emailed them one day. received telephone voice mail and email back the next day and item arrived the following day. The personal touch makes you feel a very valued customer. Would recommend to everyone. Wish all other companies could offer this level of service. Scoring 11 out of 10.

I seldom deal with someone online with so much courtesy and would not hesitate to recommend to others

I looked on the web for information then I called EAV for information on Radio mikes got they answer I needed and placed the order it was delivered by 9.30 am the next day. What more could you want.

Mixture of chat and phone support enabled the purchase to take place and delivery to get to us on the day it was really needed. Many thanks

Highly recommended. Lots of pre-sales advice, after sales support and great pricing too. Will use again.

I need a new amp mixing Desk and I found one on EAV's site at an extremely competitive price. I ordered it but the one I wanted was out of stock. EAV called me and found a replacement and this was delivered free within 4 days. An excellent service in my opinion.

wow what service. I wish all companies were like EAV pro audio. Jonathan rang the day before delivery to update me and also on the delivery day too. Got a really competitive price on the pa speakers and we couldn't be happier. Highly recommend this company.

Very quick and responsive and gave helpful advice when requested

From initial enquiry to receiving the goods, I was delighted with the way my purchase was handled.

Just good on our music nights at The Cheltenham Playhouse Theatre.

The company and the item were recommended to mew by someone who uses them regularly, and I can see why. Ordering was easy and efficient. Delivery was quick and well communicated. The product is perfect. Even the guy who came to install it for me, who knows his stuff, also commented on the item. Perfect. Thanks

Have not actually tried the goods yet as waiting to get set up but everthing arrived on time as oronised

Easy to order from, arrived well wrapped and on time but the order cut off time for next day delivery seems rather early

The headset seems to be just what we need. The delivery was quick and so the headset arrived well in advance of our first use event.
