A very speedy response from Dublin Plumbing Services, quick identification of the problem and immediate resolution. It's a little more expensive than I expected but having been scammed by another plumber recently, I was willing to pay for Dublin Plumbing Services very professional and honest service.

We had a leak that needed emergency attention. Called DPS and was dealt with in a very caring, professional manner. I was delighted to be informed that someone would be with me immediately. The plumber that arrived was the definition of professional and knowledgeable. He listened to our story of our issue, reassured us and got to work on the problem, fixing it within 40 mins. He was an expert at his job and really understood our predicament. (We have two toddlers in the house). He left with a smile and told us to contact DPS is there was ever another issue. Help was near hand. It is truly refreshing to meet such great tradespeople and office staff in today's fast paced world. Highly recommended. 10/10 on all fronts.
Exceptional Service. From start to finish, job was completed on time, text messages were sent to say the guys were on the way, never late. A very messy lead pipe replacement, and the home was left spotless on completion. From the service in the office to the actual work on site all i can say was faultless. Highly recommended, and will pass on the contact to anyone i know. Well done all. Absolute Rarity for service like this these days

A guy came in looked for a few seconds at the boiler, did not touch it, did not check anything. My husband said he thinks it could be sensor pressure not working properly in the boiler. The guy only confirmed that, left after two minutes, and charged us 112euro. We then got a quote for a fix of over 550 euro that included new valve, expansion vessel and sensor which turned out to be completely unnecessary. We got another quote and the only parts that were changed were a pressure sensor and a valve, which with the labour totalled less than 200 euro.

I cannot thank David enough, knowing nothing about boilers he was a great help, advised of a suitable one, the quote was competitive and the service unbelievable! I got a quote Monday, called him Tuesday and my new Boiler was installed Wednesday!! The guys were so efficient, everything done in 2 n a half hours and the place was left spotless! Got a free year service and I would definitely use David and his team again.

I had a great experience with David on the team. Was moving into a new place and found the boiler was shot. There was a particular kind and make I wanted, so emailed a few places for quotes. David got back to me almost instantly and at 9am the next day, the team was out with the boiler installed by lunchtime. No fuss at all! The plumber walked me through the boiler settings and how to use the Hive hub as well. From other quotes I got back, they where really competitive too. Would highly recommend!

Our boiler broke down two days before Christmas. We rang few companies they said they will do after New year. We rang Dublin plumbing and gas they delivered the boiler same day and installed it next day. Excellent service and very friendly staff. Would recommend to everybody.

Arrived on the day agreed on to fit a new Bosch gas boiler. All done and checked and for once all my rads hot. A great job , nice staff and a keen price. No problem recommending if you need a new Gas Boiler.

Complete rip off and bad service. They charge per hour and ensure you go into the 2nd hour at least. I called them out for a blocked toilet. The guy didnt check the toilet and spent an hour clearing drains which were not the problem. Then when it wasnt fixed he checked the toilet out to discover the flush valve was broken. He couldnt fix it so he had to send 2 other guys out who advised they change the flush valves in all 3 toilets even though the others werent broken just old. Cost me over €400. Toilet still kept getting blocked as did the other upstairs one. The other day a different plumber took 1 look at it and saw there was just too little water in the cistern and replaced the flush valve for one that allows more water. So complete waste of €400. Also a couple of months or so ago i also spoke to them about getting radiators moved. They never got back to me. Clearly they dont need the business. I will go by word of mouth instead of glowing reviews on the internet in future. I dont know how they scored so highly.
