A very speedy response from Dublin Plumbing Services, quick identification of the problem and immediate resolution. It's a little more expensive than I expected but having been scammed by another plumber recently, I was willing to pay for Dublin Plumbing Services very professional and honest service.

We had a leak that needed emergency attention. Called DPS and was dealt with in a very caring, professional manner. I was delighted to be informed that someone would be with me immediately. The plumber that arrived was the definition of professional and knowledgeable. He listened to our story of our issue, reassured us and got to work on the problem, fixing it within 40 mins. He was an expert at his job and really understood our predicament. (We have two toddlers in the house). He left with a smile and told us to contact DPS is there was ever another issue. Help was near hand. It is truly refreshing to meet such great tradespeople and office staff in today's fast paced world. Highly recommended. 10/10 on all fronts.
Exceptional Service. From start to finish, job was completed on time, text messages were sent to say the guys were on the way, never late. A very messy lead pipe replacement, and the home was left spotless on completion. From the service in the office to the actual work on site all i can say was faultless. Highly recommended, and will pass on the contact to anyone i know. Well done all. Absolute Rarity for service like this these days

They seem friendly enough, but very expensive. The worst thing about their service is that they charge you 150 Euro + VAT up front in order to quote you. It is hard to find a plumber in North Dublin and generally with plumbing it is an emergency so you can't afford to question it. Once I received the quote I paid for it was just too high and I had to write off the 170 Euro. I eventually found a reasonably priced plumber who had time to do the job. I didn't in the end get them to do anything so I can't speak to the quality of their work.

I sent out a request for a quote on Friday. New boiler fitted by Paul on Saturday. Arrived by 7.30. Job finished by 3.00 pm in spite of water outage. Checked everything on Sunday and all as well as could be expected. Relief after numerous problems over the years. Paul is a really hard worker, knows the business and a very nice guy. Thanks again Paul.

I was left without heating and hot water when my old boiler broke down and Dublin Plumbing and Gas acted very promptly and professionally to replace and install my new combi boiler. Again staff went through all the controls and rang to check this again later in the day. I feel the price was competitive and am thankful of the service I received at such short notice. I was very pleased the plumber came quickly. He managed to come on the same day as I called. The job took an hour and as part of that hour he had to go and get a small inexpensive part from the local plumbing shop. It turned out to be an easy job, but the fee was 220 euro. That’s far too expensive for the time he was here.
