5th pair of shoes we have bought for our son! Excellent fit and helps his feet with his pain! We look other places for 16 6E and keep returning. Excited you have more options than just plain looking, especially for your young adults!

I have never seen such a negative, rude, non-listening and unhelpful business. I sent a great deal of information on my feet for their customization / modification. Basically the reply was that with all of my foot issues, I should get custom shoes. I wrote back and asked for the main specific things and he declined. He gave me the name of something else. I asked what that was, and he replied "Google it", Zero friendliness. Zero attempt to be helpful. Zero willingness to listen and to produce something that could be helpful. Update: Yesterday, I replied to the reply from the business, indicating a willingness to work it out, and I asked again for the information. I have not heard back and will see what happens. He never wrote back, never tried to be helpful.

It's so hard to find extra wide shoes. It's a terrible expensive ordeal. That is, until I found DT Footwear. Best online shoe buying experience and the ONLY positive experience I have had buying extra wide shoes (9E (good luck finding that or larger sizes elsewhere)). I really appreciate the speed at which I received the order, how organized the site is, how much information they provide about their shoes and inserts, and the large variety of footwear there is to choose from. Thank you so much. I can't tell you how much money I have wasted at other sellers, like Hitchcock and their apathetic staff. I believe DT Footwear cares and as someone with wider feet, it really matters in my life. You definitely have a life-long customer now. THANK YOU!

Shoes were comfortable and stylish.

After placing my order, I received an email asking to confirm the order. At that point I realized I ordered the wrong shoe. I contacted Ron with the correct info and he immediately made the adjustment.

WARNING Horrible experience. They sent me a different size shoe than what was shown in their order confirmation. Ron the owner refused to take care of shipping cost to return them. They were not touched or opened, and it was THEIR mistake. They said they won't refund my credit card unless I send them back PRIORITY at my expense. Don't order from them. I found another website that provides the same shoes with better service at a lower price.
