I absolutely hate the experience of being bombarded by their application and it makes it impossible to navigate their website I’m not even interested in buying because of the predatory nonstop pop ups to fill out their application.

Found what I wanted online, called the dealership and was able to the paperwork started and financing approved, went in the next day, and was there for over an hour and drove away in what I wanted. Was sold an 2013 infinity g35 and not even within 24 hours of having it water leaked in from the rain and the service engine light came on. Took the car back for a full refund on my for my down payment which will take up to a week for me to get it back. Trusting drive time in their word is the biggest mistake you could ever make
Again, putting a zero is not an option so I had to put a one if you are wanting to make the biggest mistake of your life, you go right to Drive time, Knoxville and buy that car and buy that warranty. You’ll learn the hard way the warranty doesn’t cover anything Drive time doesn’t care about anyone. I asked the woman from corporate how she slept at night. She said she sleeps real well. My car needs $11,000 worth of work. I’ve never even put 5000 miles on it. it’s a Infiniti has 65,000 miles. It has 70,000 now it shouldn’t need all this stuff. It was also in a wreck that I wasn’t notified about so no I’m not happy and I am reaching back out and they’re not trying to do anything to correct the problem I want the card bought back as they should do that and stop taking people for their money if you give Drive time anything they are gonna give you and fulfill you with all your dreams that you dream of but those dreams are nothing. Their word is nothing. They don’t care about you. They don’t care about the car actually if you want to know where they refurbished it at they told me I have to get an attorney to get that information. Well that’s common sense. They don’t want you to know where they refurbished it at because I didn’t want you to know it was a wreck in the buyback guarantee that’s a joke. They would buy back through Experian because it was on the dealership to disclose all that information you think they disclosed it now they shit my hand and said thank you Miss Willson if you need anything be in touch I’ve been in touch with them every month since April of last year. What have I gotten? I’ve gotten a car I cannot drive. I’ve been in a rental and I’ve lost so much money so if drivetime has any conscience go buy the car back if they care about anything they’ll buy the car back. The car cannot be driven. They should buy the car back and reimburse me for all my rent on Lance partways what what do I call? Drive time? I call drive time. Dry nothing dry nothing you drive. Nothing you drive. Nothing they don’t fix it the warranty. Don’t fix it. It’s it’s a waste. It’s a waste of time and it is sad that that’s who they are when I get back in town. I’m going to the Better Business Bureau and they are helping me come up with a comp complaint to put together to send to the secretary of state consumer complaint and then they advocate for you to help you with this drive time that’s not really real so they’ll have a consumer complaint with a mediator involved. Hopefully that’ll get them to buy the car back, but I’m gonna blow up every review on the yelp on Google on everyone I can send you pictures and videos. It’s an infinity. It should be lasting. It sounds like a diesel truck knockingbut they won’t help do anything and I have a $3500 warranty that doesn’t mean anything at 70,000 miles a car should need axles on front and back rear inferential front differential driveshaft and all that the hood don’t line up the windows don’t line up and the doors don’t lineup when I wash it. It gets wet so where is the car car can’t be driven it’s a safety concern. Have a special needs son that I have to Uber to get to him. He has a seizure. I’m really in trouble but Drive time gives you nothing but pure lies

They started lying and bullshitting me as soon as I set down. 3 hrs later ,after being approved online, and told to bring forms of identification in that I had the car.......he came over and said man 1700$ a week is not enough for this piece of shit charger plain jane lol. Keep in mind I drove my Denali to the dealership . Single and I bring home 1700 a week, showed my stubs only to be let down. Don't go here.
